seems Perp managed to park and make entry out of camera scope. which in turn implies he either knows exactly where they are, no?

I'll go back and see if I can find that. I was under the impression that they caught the perp's car in the background from the motion activated indoor cameras (when the perp was walking around).

I have looked and can't find one article that says outside camera were working. I'll check the early presser.

One of the items I think LE would have checked is whether RB and Mrs RB actually returned (commercial flight) on Sunday or Monday. We think we know from FB pics and postings that they were in So Cal golfing on Sunday. Did they take a flight back that night or upon hearing news? This seems pretty easy to track down but I haven't heard any confirmation on this component of the physical alibi. Any thoughts?

Shirtgate is so ODD it could well be an Intentional Distraction. imho.

Not all items of clothing can be washed with water, some require dry cleaning. Not every people know how to remove bloodstains and some of them would prefer to leave it to the specialist, especially if stained item is delicate.

Yes, according to them, that's what happened. It still remains to be seen whether either BB's or RB's stories will be confirmed by LE. I'm sure they are working on checking flight info, cell phone pings, rental car agreements, etc.

Exactly. I refuse to believe that the perp accidentally parked his car in the spot where the cameras did not reach and also accidentally managed to walk trough the parking lot, without turning the cameras on or getting caught on video. He surely planned it carefully, completed the SWAT gear, learned where are the cameras on the parking lot and how to avoid them. I don't know what was his purpose, an imaginary SWAT mission in the church or killing Missy, but he planned it beforehand. So either he attended the church or participated in the courses and activities that took place in the church building.

Even though I believe it's a typo the last paragraph of this article says that LE is turning its focus to MB phone records.

1: Missy was no dainty and delicate woman. She was in fantastic physical condition and I'd expect a formidable challenge if I were pitted against the likes of her.

2: If I were a murderer, I would cover *as much of my body as possible*, like this perp. I'm sure it's can speak for many WSers when I say that I cut my teeth on Forensic Files circa 1994, lol. ANY stray genetic material left at the scene and you're busted. I'd go as far as plastic wrapping my limbs, kwim? I'd aim to be airtight!

Oh I agree, I have never taken "polo" shirts to the dry cleaners and I treat my own stains at home but I was referring to the comment that the shirt might be silk. The warrant was posted and mentions a few polos and a white long sleeve shirt IIRC

Haha, you're right of course. There are some cases I personally just don't have time to get into. For example I read up on all the threads on Theresa Sievers a few weeks after she died but in the end I simply couldn't keep up and made a conscious decision to leave it. No regrets, it's massive, and I have a real life which does, occasionally, get affected by my time here.

Having been with this case from day one I really, really don't want to get to that stage, but I know I'm not alone in struggling to keep up or finding that an hours reading yields nothing new. Neither do I want it to get shut down like DeOrr's thread because of ridiculousness and repetition.

What's different here is that we have more CCTV than we are usually party to, for once it doesn't look like it was filmed with a potato (if there was no helmet we'd know exactly whodunnit) and yet we still don't know for sure whether the killer is male or female. We have tons of social media, the main "players" are all easily sleuthable on Facebook. We also have a small town community where everyone knows everyone's business. I just hope the police know a helluvalot more than we do!

I've been quietly following this case for some days now. The video of the killer is creepy and frightening beyond words. I can't really say who I think did this but it's an easy guess. Criminals, even when they try to carefully plan out their crimes, often tend to do the dumbest things (driving around with the daughter's dead body in the trunk of the car or leaving behind a camera with photos of the murder, as examples!).

In this case, there are a few too many "coincidences" for me to ignore:

The gait
Both out of town during the murder strikes me as odd and a little too convenient.
The shirt with the blood on it. Yes, I know about the dog fight but the timing of it still leaves me suspicious.


The motive might be related to money or jealousy. I don't want to say much more now. I'm anxiously waiting for the police (who I believe are hard at work) to make an arrest soon. I can write to my heart's content after they do so.

That's the problem. The perp's gear didn't have any patch or shield in front, only "POLICE" written on it's back. And it wasn't real gear, more like "do it yourself". So if I saw that capeless Lord Vader approaching me in an empty church, I'd be running away, without waiting for him turning around. But maybe Missy was more courageous than me.
