Found Deceased TX - Tiffany Kelly, 33, Euless, 18 November 2014

sloan, earlier in the thread we were supposing that the remains were located when the came to be there after heavy rains. We are unsure if the remains were always in that spot where eventually found. Seemed like LE was thinking they were washed there recently, which allowed them to be spotted and reported by the person on the trail. So creepy.

Thank you its just so strange half the reason Im always there is it very visiable, like you couldnt hide and surprise anyone there, its too open there is only one place that I could even imagine pulling up to unload and it would still be super risky, but if she had washed thru that makes more sense.

Is there any boating allowed on this lake? I am trying to figure out if she was disarticulated prior to being dumped nearby and those remains washed to the drain area they were found. Or if it is possible that her body was dumped from the road into the water to become disarticulated through some natural process (perhaps weighted down) only to eventually come untethered and floated to the drain area.

I CANT GET THESE TO OPEN BUT THE ONES I SEE MAKE IT LOOK LIKE A BIG LAKE, OOPS CAPS, anyhow, its not its all right smack dab in the middle of a busy area, you really can see almost everything if she was dumped there it would have to be the south west corner of the lake or there is NO way someone didnt see something do we have any indication on a map where it was?

there is a large concrete walking trail between the road and the lake all the way around, so dumping from the road would have landed her on the sidewalk (trail)

Found the handrail. I think it's had a lick of paint in recent days. The tallish square tower across the lake also seems to jive with the abovementioned video footage.

This drainpipe seems to be fed by the stormwater drains at street level so I think maybe she was placed there rather than water transporting the body. So sad.

found a better shot of what the areas look like just beneath what I think is Webb Chapel as it crosses the lake and intersects with Shorecrest at around the 3600 block area. In zoom mode I can see a large drain pipe on the opposite shore from Shorecrest Dr. Causes me to think there may be a similar one on the Shorecrest side of the overpass.

But easily relocatable in street view if one stands on Shorecrest, looks across teh lake toward the Walgreens

Also noticing that in some of the google images of the Whataburger side of lake (non airport side) beneath the street overpasses people are hanging out. That would seem an unsavory are to hang out. For jjohnson or anyone local, would that be a place that unsavory activity such as doing or selling street drugs might happen? Or a gathering place for transients? I ask because of how the people I am seeing in google images seem to be acting. No fishing poles, doesn't seem recreational (or at least the outdoorsy type I would picture along a lakeshore or pond) if you follow.

See if this helps illustrate what kind of drain pipe they might be talking about:

The red marker is 3600 Shorecrest. See the gray area to the right, just south of the road? I betcha there's a drainage pipe underneath the road right there and that's gray rock/gravel for erosion control where the water comes out. Looks like maybe overflow from the lake — from heavy rains, for example.

There's another possible drainage pipe up the road to the east, just out of frame. There are probably others in the area as well, but those two were obvious enough to jump out at me.

Sorry, I have sort of done this backwards as I backtracked through the thread. So last quote listed was located deeper backthread and first post listed is most recent. These illustrate our attempts to discern where the body was found. It was found in the area I reference as 1. Number 2 and 3 quotes are the roadway I was wondering if she could have been dumped from and also contains some links to images of the area beneath that roadway. The images captured people loitering about in those areas which appear to be less visible from some areas of the streets and jogging trail.

Right. I think that they (Kell & Kelly) are the same. It could be that they do not know COD or there was an assumption of accident or self harm. Perhaps the family wanted it all closed so that they could move on.

However, from the beginning her case interested me. The is the Little Elm connection, for instance. I want to repeat that: There is the Little Elm connection. Perhaps I have an overly suspicious mind. These women are open targets for victimization, especially if they have a mental illness.

ETA: And not all gentlemen are civilians. There was a rather prominent suicide connected with Little Elm about the time Tiffany's body was found. I have always wondered why this thread did not get more attention.

I have a friend in Little Elm (or was) it is nothing but houses there, not exactly a crime ridden place (if there is any crime there) Texas is #50 in the US in re: to how we treat the mentally ill ( Green Oaks is a joke btw) as most of the places here are I do know from personal experience. If she were uninsured she got absolutely no help whatsoever!!!! you know the simple fact that she hasn't used social media should be enough to warrant a missing persons claim WTF!!!!! GRRRRR!

Dive teams discovered a body at Lake Buchanan in Dallas last week, according to Detective Troy Murphree with the Euless Police Department. The body was identified as Kelly, 33, who was reported missing by her mother in November after last being seen at a Waffle House in Euless.

I knew Tiffany really well when we're teenagers, and it breaks my heart and the hearts of many people we know that there has been nothing done in this case, no answers, no real investigation, no arrest or even people of interest. I feel if she would have been a pretty blonde girl from a wealthy family this would have been everywhere and there would be no rest until someone was brought to justice, I mean what else does Euluss PD have to do? I am just discussted at how as soon as they we're able to give a I.D there was no follow through no answers no one on the news asking for the public to help. Keeping her name and face out there. Her kids deserve better.
