How do you see the resolved cases on NamUs?The Resolved cases also went down by one case. Back to waiting and hoping.
I strongly believe shes been identified, and that LE wasn't ready for that info to be released, so they put her back in there.Peaches and Toddler: A Tale of Two Jurisdictions
The story of 'Peaches' and her toddler daughter, whose remains were found on opposite ends of Ocean Parkway in the spring of 2011...www.marymurphyofficial.com
Im wondering if them working on that protocol was a result of an identification

There is a counter on the main page of the NamUs DoJ webpage. Unfortunately, it only shows total numbers, not individual cases, but I keep a log of the totals and correlate it with the cases added/removed on namus.gov.How do you see the resolved cases on NamUs?
I was low key thinking the same. I think I read a post saying that her case was modified before being removed, which often happens before cases are archived. Maybe wishful thinking, but I was even thinking perhaps this thread would be pulled, as it happened to another thread recently. Fingers crossed!I strongly believe shes been identified, and that LE wasn't ready for that info to be released, so they put her back in there.
From my understanding, Valerie and Karen were not removed from NamUs until after the announcement was made.
Bwtween law enforcement be working on protocol for this victims being in different counties, the fact that close family was identified a few years back, and now her namus going down. I think shes identified
RSBMSomeone on another site noticed that a bunch of ny cases have been modified today
These are two style bracelets that we used to sell at the Piercing Pagoda kiosk I worked at in 1992-1998. If identical, and they appear to be, they were made of 10k gold and were fairly popular items for us to sell. We would sometimes get returns of them similarly discolored if our customers tried to clean them with anything harsh like alcohol or peroxide so I'm not surprised that they sold also discolor in such a potentially wet and exposed environment. Jmo.A small detail - her gold chains found with her don’t really look like gold to me - I guess it’s just gold colored?
Even if it’s been buried in dirt for 14 years, gold should handle that better.

There's the salinity from the salt water, but there are also the fluids and residue from decomposition. I know gold has a reputation for not tarnishing, but I think anything would show discoloration under those circumstances. I doubt the jewellery was deep cleaned before photographing. These are two style bracelets that we used to sell at the Piercing Pagoda kiosk I worked at in 1992-1998. Makes sense that it’s 10K, that means that it’s full of alloys. Pure gold doesn’t stiffen like that, ever, from what I understand. These are two style bracelets that we used to sell at the Piercing Pagoda kiosk I worked at in 1992-1998. Interesting.I've been looking at this again, zoomed in on the letters and laid a black filter over it. I see a J and possibly an R what do you guys think? I'm wondering if they are children's names.
One of the residents associated with the address where Jeanette lived at the time she went missing is a male named Dennick Howard.

Could be nothing, just some food for thought...
Can anyone find more info on her?
Could he be the Derrick and written as a miss leader? You may be onto something there, there isn't a lot of information on her namus page
I can't confirm this is the right Jeannette Watkins, but the age is right as she would have been born ~1975Can anyone find more info on her?
