Youre right to be sceptical but have you ever seen the work of Deb Webber Physic and the work she has done for the families of missing and murdered in ('sensing murder'). There has been talk on here of increasing the amount of reward money to obtain information for this case. Its not going to make one jot of difference people are not going to speak up.. The Fear is too great!
Why not try something completely different. Peter Lawrence appears to me to be a man of means why not ask Deb Webber to help in this desperately complex and sad case.
I know a lot of people will trash this idea.. but what would you do after 11 years.. What is there to loose.

Now I do not believe in psychics but what if someone actually saw this and communicated it to Rodney?

Yes he did. Intrigued by this I had a look into RB to see what he had to say in the case and no offence to anyone, (I actually have been known to visit psychics) but RB's ramblings sound very much like a mentally ill person. I don't believe the conspiracy that he was sectioned to "shut him up" I believe he was sectioned because he needed to be. He also praises SC to begin with until she becomes concerned by him starts blocking/ignoring him, then she amazingly is in on it too. MOO

You are implying Deb Web expects to be paid whether there is a result or not.

I get where you're coming from with this idea, and if it can help the families great, but police aren't well known for taking tips from psychics seriously, so unless Deb could pinpoint and find a compelling piece of evidence then it probably wouldn't get us very far. MOO

And if Deb does have a compelling piece of evidence they should ( apart from themselves) advice the info giver to go straight to police !

The dead do not communicate with the living full stop . IMO
But for example the old man living near bye could have witnessed such a scene from his window .
A perpetrator can be in a position of knowing exactly who said what !

I'd like to believe that there's something beyond death and so psychics could be genuine, maybe not too tho. I believe many outright con people out of money and are not psychic at all too. MOO

Absolutely, somebody close by could have witnessed something, but what's stopping them from coming forward?

Ok to answer your question IMO
I e. A wife is told where her husband has buried his victim.She knows he is vicious.
He also knows he told no one else except for her.
But there is always a chance that someone stumbles on the body.
Now if the wife wants out she might decide to give vague info to ‘psychic’ .
The body is found by ‘a man walking his dog’
Now the husband HAS to give his wife the benefit of the doubt !

Deb Webber lives in Australia reaching out to her and inviting her to visit UK to look at this particular case it would only be curteous to pay her travel and accommodation expenses.
If its a personal reading but no travel to UK required there if just the usual fee which is clearly stated on her website.
She has a 'Meet Me' page on her website for anyone thinking of a reading which outlines how she works
It also points out people may have to wait several months if not a years for a reading
100's of 1000's of £'s have been spent investigating this case with no result so I find the suggestion of spending a fee of such a nominal financial amount in comparision whatever the result quite poor

IF the dark man was RC and IF he had to do with CL's disappearing perhaps, then it would have made sense to search for her body along old railway tracks and behind an abandoned (?) bakery in that environment, just like a psychic was saying. Idk, whether it was RB, because it's so long ago.

Then why do you think Rodney didnt take this possible important information to the police.
