regarding the sighting of 2 / 3 people around the entrance to Jo's flat around 9 pm on the 17th

if these people were passers by why have they not come forward to be eliminated from the enquiry?

other witnesses have and tell of hearing screams etc ... and their accounts have not been discounted to date

if these 2 / 3 were involved in the case and one was indeed the man charged was it not noticed that he was 6 ft 4 ?

Anyone know what if anything became of the private CCTV footage from a neighbour's house? Last week it was mentioned and that the neighbour handed all the film to the police.

It seems there is a lot of information we don't know about.

The red jumper might be what he was wearing when arrested. This is what happens when a UK case becomes sub judice, there are no new facts or information and people begin to microsleuth people's clothes, earrings etc, trying to find hidden meanings

That only comes from Jefferies very, very, very vague comment. We never found out what he actually said for fact, just press stories. These 2/3 people might not ever have existed.

When I replied to the original post on his jumper, I was not really being serious. I doubt very much the colour of his jumper is in any way significant.

Saying that wearing red is supposed to be a sexy colour or a dominate alpha-male colour, and females are supposed to relate to it in some sexual way, according to several studies.

That and perhaps he wanted to look like a red-herring?

He was remanded in custody for a week, after which he is due to appear at Bristol crown court. But the court was told today that he may also attend the crown court tomorrow for a bail hearing. A plea and case management hearing was scheduled for 29 April.

Paul Cook, representing Tabak, confirmed that his client wished to apply for bail and would be present for that application tomorrow.

At the end of the hearing, the chairman of the bench, William Summers, told Tabak to stand. Summers said: "You will appear before the crown court tomorrow for a bail application hearing." Tabak was handcuffed and led away.


so what exactly do the police have on him? he must be challenging it


surely his solicitor would advise him not to if the case against him was so strong and to try a plea bargain.

sorry to correct you but CJ told at a minimum ..Liz Lowman from across the street and Mr Hardyman who he has known for 40 years of the sighting of these 2 / 3 people however very, very, very vague it was

he was then forced to tell the police of this when Liz Lowman called the police after CJ told her that he had not told the police when they asked him when it was missing persons enquiry

so if they did not exist he must have lied to the neighbours and the police

or if they did exist he changed his story

he cant have it both ways

One thing though - did CJ actually say he saw 2/3 people? Didn't he say he had been much more vague than that? As far as I can remember the 2/3 people thing was never confirmed? Or maybe I missed it

Well he (C.J) told the Police the truth didn't he under questioning?
So there can't be a shred of truth in these 2/3 people ever existing, or the Police would have wanted to talk to them, if only to eliminate them. The fact that no mention, or such an appeal strongly suggests there never was these 2/3 people.

They arrested CJ on suspicion of murder, who is to say that they have the right man, that is yet to be proved.

As for bail he has a right to it as he is still classed as a free man and (as far as we know) he hasn't committed offences like these in the past.

It seems there is a lot of information we don't know about.

Neighbour would be stretching the definition somewhat. The CCTV was from a house which is right at the other end of Canynge Road about 5 or 6 minutes walk away. Nothing has been mentioned about the content of the video tape.
