I've never ever felt that Luke Mitchell was the killer. He was into grunge music (as was she and I) and the police fixated on him. His interest in art, poetry, bands like Nirvana etc were concentrated on. No real evidence was there and I think the jury felt compelled to find him guilty to appease her mum.

It needs to be reinvestigated.

That would be the first time I’ve heard of a young man masturbating with a condom on, never mind leaving the house to go outside And masturbate in a public area with a condom - I’m assuming they had a bathroom at home.

that sounds plausble to me but the mystery is why needed a condom to do it.
