Well there could be a couple reasons for this .

1. She wanted to make it look like it was all normal, go on her normal walk to put of police. She planned it and knew where all the CCTV was . If she went to train station or bus stop or anywhere else she would be all over CCTV.

2. They both planned it together or the person told her what to do. The person who took her planned it all and she just followed orders. Whoever done it seems like they know what they are doing. It's worked. They ovs done a good job .

Perhaps they told her to leave all her money clothes there on purpose to make it look like a missing person case or perhaps the person has promised her loads of things , ie money, a place to live, a new life. One thing I noticed is she can look much older in pics when she's done up with make up on and much more attractive. She seemed to talk or atleast have alot of older male friends on FB from all over the world.

I think it's most likely she met someone who either killed her and dumped/buried her body somewhere far as she was willing to get into a car or they run away together or he/she/they are keeping her. I feel this was very planned. Was she taken advantage of? Or did they do it together?

Do you think she may still be alive then, @Onetruesaxon?

Possible yes. Like I say it seems very planned to me. She maybe choosing to be with someone , maybe whoever she run away with had alot of money, looked after her or they started new. Maybe even a bit of Stockholm syndrome and she got to like the person who took her. Or perhaps they are keeping her , drugged , made her to feel it's just normal now. Got use to it.

It's most likely the person killed her and dumped her/burnt buried her somewhere. But I think she knowingly met the person and planned it with them to go somewhere/go away.

You also can't rule out suicide, if she was depressed , that her bf didn't want to be with her.

It's possible she found somewhere to kill herself and no one has found her body yet. It has happened , I have said in a previous post I had a family member find a skeleton In some woods and it turned out the person had hung thereself and had been missing for years and no one found them.

All speculation. So don't mean any offence , just my opinions.

Hey, no offence taken here. I've thought for a long time that she's still alive and safe, with a new identity. But obviously I don't really know either. So, JMO etc too. :)

I agree with what posters on this thread have been saying recently.

I think that whatever happened at the Travelodge a couple of weeks earlier was the crux of the matter, I think that Mr X told Leah it was over between the two of them.

The TVP said that Leah had seemed stressed at work just before she went missing, and I think this break-up was the cause of her stress.

We know she went out the evening before she went missing between 6.00 - 7.15 pm, I reckon this was to either meet up with Mr X somewhere (car park at Premier Inn maybe), or found somewhere quiet out of the house where she could phone him (so her parents couldn't hear the conversation at home).

Two likely scenarios are that either Leah had learnt about Mr X's upcoming arranged marriage and had threatened to blow the gaff on him, to his future wife, his family, work colleagues, etc. Or that possibly she was pregnant, and again had said she would tell everybody - possibly the following day.

This would of left very little time for Mr X to do anything about it, so he had to resort to drastic action.

The following morning Leah was, to all intents and purposes, on her way to work as usual. She recieved a message on her phone to say 'meet in Premier Inn car park' or something like that. When she got there not Mr X but someone she knew, a friend of his, maybe even a taxi driver she knew, told her to get in. Trusting them she did, then was spirited away.

Leah left her home around 8.00 that morning, was seen on CCTV at Buzzacott Lane at 8.15, witness sighting at TeleTubby Hill at 8.20. From there it takes 14 minutes to walk to the car park at the Premier Inn, which would place the time at 8.34.

8.34 was exactly the time her phone was switched off.

All MOO.

Also very very plausible to me. MOO. Thanks for sharing

Furzton Lake was not searched by specialist divers or high frequency tech. If there is evidence there, it would never have been found. This lingering fact is still not being reported by the police or any media. I can completely understand why the family have shut down a bit, too.

Amature bloggers and the small town periodic continues to focus on things that lack any evidence but draw hits. Finally they have slowed with the exploitation, misdirection and contradiction of what the father stated in his March 2020 social media plea. Cant imagine the family are happy wth what has been written in the local paper at times it is comical and without fact.

Occam anyone? If you are like me, there is much more to explore in the lake and with 'man' connected to her.

It’s been a while for me on Leah’s threads.

Saw this, this evening probably unrelated but close to last sightings of Leah.

House being searched close to where Leah was last seen, speculation has gone straight to Leah.

I was coming to share this local news too.

Early stages, yet a presence for 24hours.
Something significant being investigated here.

It of course makes me feel uneasy. I have said a few times I felt Leah had some kind of interaction with a house on the area- I just couldn’t shake that feeling. Seeing this makes me very uneasy and I hope and pray for Leah and her family or anyone else is safe.

Yes I agree it feels very significant, that’s a lot of police presence as well, I came across the link via Facebook, there is not a lot of other speculation other than Leah. Obviously doesn’t provide evidence either way.

I guess we just wait this out too.

Interestingly the house being searched is in Loxbeare Drive, which is about halfway between Teletubbie Hill and Furzton Lake - Teletubbie Hill being the last confirmed sighting of Leah.

It's a likely route Leah could have taken on the morning she disappeared.

Was just about to come and say the same. Googled the address to get an idea and came across this

Loxbeare Drive being within that single square mile.

From the MK Citizen:

'Police have taped off the property, which is at the end of Loxbeare Drive that is closest to Furzton Lake.'

Even more intriguing......

I’m glad you found this link. Good to have it fresh within the thread.

In the news report you shared I noted it said the police had been called to the address so for whatever it was that property wasn’t already on the radar of the police.

Makes me feel like if someone ‘found’ something and called the police and it’s related to leak what could that be. Rather than police knew that address was of interest.

Again from the MK Citizen:

A spokesman told the Citizen tonight: “Thames Valley Police is currently on the scene of an incident at Loxbeare Drive in Furzton, Milton Keynes.

“We were called to Loxbeare Drive last night (10/10) and we are currently investigating some items that have been located at a property.”

S
o it appears the TVP were called because of certain items found at the property, but it doesn't say what these items are.

Someone stumbled across something? Someone finally done the right thing?

I guess for me the wording

‘Police urge public not to speculate’

I mean that’s the first thing I did when I read that and saw the property location.
Is the house in a position where something could be thrown into the back garden for instance?

That’s a good question. It feels that whoever is responsible for Leah going missing has been very thorough, would they make a mistake like that?
