I’m guessing a highly traumatic past with abandonment resulting in hatred of women, (not that any of this justifies his actions obviously before someone jumps in and claims I’m blaming women in his life for his actions) JMO MOO IMO

As a mother I can absolutely say I would not be talking to the press if one of my children did something like this. The only words I might say is that I'm so very sorry to the victims family and that's it. All my thoughts and feelings would have to be private on this. Obviously I'm not sure what WC's relationship is like with his mother or if he has one at all - but I can say that it would be devastating for any mother to find out her child was capable of something so horrific. No doubt she is going through her own grief and motions of denial.

I have a question for @LeopardLeotard . In the last thread you said "The neighbour has the trampoline so it would be the next one, to the left of trampoline". If that's the case do you know why they are not only searching the neighbors yard, but also behind their yard, as seen in a different pic that shows them all on their knees shoulder to shoulder, about to crawl and search that bit of property? I found it odd that they would be searching behind someone else's house earlier on when I saw that, but now I'm relooking at a pic of them in the neighbor's backyard, so I'm just plain puzzled.

Since I believe you know whose house is whose (I'm not questioning that as you know your neighborhood and I'm from "across the pond")... What's your take on why they are working in the next door neighbor's yard? That's.... odd.

I agree, the wording originally. 'what we believe to be human remains' i found chilling. While of course, we can assume her body was left to the elements for a few days - IMO that wording suggests it wasn't obvious that it was her body. Where in other cases we've had wording such as 'We have found a body that we believe to be of 'X'. Family have been informed and formal identification will take place.'

I don't think we should read too much into the choice of word.
"Remains" is a term often used by religious and spiritual people who believe that the soul or spirit leaves the body at death, and so the body is just an empty vessel, literally what remains. I've often heard it used at Catholic funerals and wakes, for example.
It doesn't necessarily mean that the body is damaged or incomplete, although in this case it's reasonable to assume that it was at least affected by exposure to the elements, as you say.

I don't know if it's been officially confirmed anywhere that what was caught on the bus camera was WC's car, maybe it was him following SE on foot?

It's been stated that SE's call to her BF was normal, ended normally and her BF wasn't worried until the next evening, when they were supposed to meet and he didn't hear from her. This was when the alarm was raised that SE was missing, I believe. As it's been theorised by other posters on this thread, maybe WC rented a parking space on Poynder's Road in order to avoid central London/congestion charge etc. and get home to Deal quicker. This would be his link with the area and reason for being there after his work shift ended.

WC exits the underground at Clapham South and follows the same route as SE to get to his parked car, walking behind SE as she's talking to her BF on the phone. She talks about their plans the following evening and what she's doing the next day (working from home, presumably). WC can hear her side of the conversation and now knows:
1. She isn't on her way to meet her BF/anyone, just heading home to her own flat
2. If she goes missing now, this won't become obvious until the following evening

SE ends the call in a normal manner, her BF isn't alarmed. WC is right behind her and approaching where his own car is parked. He seizes the opportunity to bring her under his control (element of surprise, strength, and training in getting people quickly out of dangerous situations are on his side) and into his car.

Maybe this is why the doorbell footage hasn't been publicised – because WC is also visible walking close to SE. This also explains how the timing is so perfect – SE ends her call normally, BF doesn't think anything is up, two minutes later the phone is off the grid and SE is gone.

TLDR: WC happened to be behind SE on foot, walking from the Underground to where his car was parked at Poynder's Court – listening to her phone call. From listening to her call, he knew the alarm wouldn't be raised right away and his car was close by, so he took a chance (possible reason: knew he was going to get caught for IE incident a few days earlier or escalating behaviour).

Just an FYI ... what the family member has said in MSM is allowed for discussion. That is not the same as sleuthing them (i.e. searching and posting other information about them).

JMO. There was a picture from a source on an earlier thread of the back end of the Seat. To many threads to back track. But The latch/handle was sticking up. Vw, audis are all in the same group as a Seat. Even though I don't have a Seat I have one of the other two. I tried making the handle stay up but it doesn't. Also in the boot you can open from inside I believe. IMO it looks like it's been modified or tampered with so it can't be opened easily. The car looks new and clean it just stands out like a sore thumb. Boot is something you commonly use so seems like something that shouldn't be out of place IMO. Whether it was used or could show intent JMO

I don’t believe every offender comes from a horrendous childhood and I can’t even begin to imagine what it must be like to be a parent of someone who commits such a heinous crime...

It looks like the house nextdoor on the right of the picture also has a trampoline.

There used to be free parking on Kings Avenue - but I think that is gone. Most of the local area is permit parking (Wandsworth allows motorbikes to park for free). Poynders estate would be under Lambeth parking permit and the car needs to be registered to the property to get a permit.

Lots of 'hire my drive' round there, including (according to highly unverified local information) on estates where it simply shouldn't be happening. JMO

News articles are stating her phone call ended abruptly at 9:28 and was then seen walking alone at 9:30. IMO this points to her phone running out of battery rather than a phone snatch.
We don’t know at which point she was approached after this. The walk is reported as 50 minutes and the phone call lasted the first 15. IMO it’s more likely WC used his police credentials to lure her into his car rather than a forceful attack. It also says in the main thread the supermarket picture is from when she brought a bottle of wine before going to her friends house, if she was tipsy this could of effected her decision making perhaps? not seen this mentioned much

Also side note that if her phone did run out of battery it would likely mean she was not listening to music in her earphones. And not able to help people with requests for time, directions etc. JMO

The fact that WC was in the midst of some kind of mental health episode and in max risk taking/thrill seeking mode (exposing himself twice at a McDonald’s in front of CCTV) increase the chance that he simply recklessly plucked SE off the Streets without too much subterfuge

I've narrowed down the body to being found likely close to one side of the rail line based on photographs of the private ambulance. Unfortunatly the rail line really disturbes the thermal imaging satellite data and there are a lot of changes it creates day to day. You can go more zoomed in on the site but still not very obvious anything is there, here is a link to a timelapse I created: imgur.com
