I think that was the right verdict; FS was always going to be a tricky one but the jury chose what I would have done too, under the circumstances - others will surely disagree and think she should've been guilty of a higher charge, and I can understand that reasoning as well. I hope she gets a reasonable sentence; I don't expect her to get a very long one, but 3-4 years would be appropriate in my mind. And she should never be allowed to raise a child again, hopefully if she ever has any, CPS will be on the case immediately (although I really hope she finds the good sense to get long-term contraception instead; that would be the best way to demonstrate remorse for her clear inability to parent her child...). As for SB, I had no doubt that she was guilty of murder, and I'm glad the jury agreed. Hopefully a long sentence for her.
