Video #5 starting at 32:00 where Jodi is sitting at her chair picking her dirty arse feet she all of a sudden giggles and then says something.

Can someone tell me what she said? Please?! I need to know.

Listen I have headphones on becuase I've basically blown out my little laptop speakers so last night I got in bed with the vids and a big pile of laundry. I fell asleep with the headphones stuck in my ears and the entire #5 video. Hubs decided not to "disturb" me and slept on the couch. :notgood:

So I am trying to get through #5, awake this time when she all of a sudden giggles and murmurs things.

....did she say my name? She said my name I know she said my name. Tell me she did not giggle and say "Mandy still coming to get you"

I'm going to go wake my husband up now by kicking him off the couch. Gently, while singing songs.

lol.....and what a story! Lordy, I'm mortified & apologize that my Video6 post was so long. It was late. I was in bed tapping away on my iPhone. Last thing I remember is a loud ring.

When I woke up (drenched in Costco water) there was my looong unedited post. Who did that? Ninja turtles? Darn fognesia!

She really wanted to see the "after pics." She asked several times. I don't think it was morbid curiosity or even gloating. I don't think she would feel anything about what she had done. But, she did want to give them a story, but she didn't want to do it until she felt that she knew what they knew. IMO, she only wanted to see the pics so she could create a story that fit with the pics.

I was quite struck by her various ploys to get her hand on those after pics. I had an overwhelming sense that she was looking for something very specific.

Det. Flores was asking her to tell him what happened, then he was explaining to her the procedure (handcuffs, etc.). She then asks if she can go to the bathroom, he says he'll go get someone to take her, then leaves her alone in the room for quite awhile.

IMO she's reliving what she did to Travis. What do you think?

After listening to video 5 at the 32:04 mark, I'm convinced Travis did not know she was going to his house the day she killed him, because he wanted to be rid of her, but she went anyway and at some point Travis told her that he hated her. That's when her rage kicked into gear and we all know what transpired afterwards.

JA says on that tape: *giggle* "still hate me?" :what:

I heard "Still got you....brat". She definitely did not say Mandy

I've been reviewing the interrogation videos this weekend, and have a couple of observations. Apologies in advance if these ideas have already been discussed;

• I'm amazed at the amount of time and the number of times JA is asked "What happened?" Never once does she say, "I don't remember." The huge made-up fantasy about the ninja intruders runs in direct opposition to her claim of *fognesia.*
• IMHO the DT's claim of PTSD is not a means to mitigate the accusation that JA premeditated the murder, but to explain JA's reaction after being arrested: she was not capable of telling the truth because of her "altered reality."
• Throughout the interrogation JA's concern for herself, her possessions, her money, her future, her reputation are solid evidence of her extreme selfishness, egotism, (NPD?) IMO any average person under these circumstances would *know* how those remarks would appear to the detective, and even if you were thinking about yourself you would not verbalize those thoughts.
• What are being referred to as JA's "bizarre" actions in the interrogation room are not the most troubling, imo. Far more disturbing is the fact that she sits calmly with the shackles on her wrists, she silently endures the very probing onslaught of questions from the detective, she doesn't respond when they describe in detail all of the evidence and what it reveals to them. In my mind an ordinary person (even an ordinary guilty person,) would be fidgety, emotional, wanting to crawl out of their skins. Talk about the alternate reality!
• Due to the above, I believe JA was concocting her ninja intruder story on the spot. I think she never imagined she'd be arrested.

In video 14, where she starts the 2 intruder story (riiiight), she mentions her purse and how they got her address from her registration in her purse....this makes me think she had her purse in the bathroom and that's where she kept the gun and knife.

She didn't give a flying flapjack about the newlyweds' pics...concern for others is all out of character from what I've seen of Jodi Arias. She wanted her camera long enough to remove its card

BBM - I wonder if they ever tried to restore deleted pics on Jodi's memory card. Could she have taken pics of Travis when dying or dead? Or when she was sneaking into his home before he noticed her? Or times when she was stalking him?

Another example that goes against the Drs testimony that she avoided things that reminded her of the "trauma". She really is twisted. I can't look at the photos and I didn't even know him but she begs to see them. I can't get my mind around that.

Does anyone remember if they showed this part of the video as evidence during the trial? I think they did, IIRC. I hope JM notes this and brings it up in his closing statement. Did he bring it up on cross-exam of Dr. samuels? It's a great catch and contradiction!

JA: Oh, they're Daryl's. They've been in storage for years just collecting dust. One might have been mine.

This is the 2nd time she brings up storage, she mentions a storage unit in another conversation (I'd have to got back thru my posts) and it piqued my interest then too.

I wonder if this is a real storage unit or just a closet in her grandparents home? Jodi makes everything sound more than it is.

I'm sure LE would have found it and searched it right?
