So sorry if this has been mentioned.. I live in Dallas and just heard about this case so there’s no way I can’t go back 4 threads lol .. but I did see someone ask about why the lyft driver didn’t take her all the way home and why she would be meeting someone at a park at 3 am... I think they need to just go through her phone and that will tell them more ... here’s my theory/theories and why.
My number #1 theory and most logical reason in my mind is that she texted someone to meet her and drive her the rest of the way ... if the park was 20 mins away from her house It’s very logical she wanted to save money. I completely understand she had a good job however, anywhere you can save you will. I’ve actually done before.
Now if they ruled out the lyft driver, I have a hard time believing that there wasn’t any communication with the last person via text. She wouldn’t have known where to meet this person unless they told her ... now how was that? I don’t know.. cell phone calls, dating apps, direct messages would be my guess.
That’s the only logical thing I can think of if they truly ruled out the lyft driver.
So either the lyft driver is a person on interest but the officers don’t want him to know and just saying that.
She met someone to drive her the rest of the way home.
Or she met a complete stranger at 3 am at a park (and I just can’t see a logical person doing then, but I’ve been surprised before)
