She was on a dating website.
Maybe he just searched around, looking for someone trusting and vulnerable. If that's what happened, that is.

That’s not correct. The home is blue siding or shiplap. Quaint small home surrounded by others home. Easily found on Airbnb search for Rose Park.

If you search the address it does show the same house. Just says there’s a company at that address.
