I think the prosecution should have just gone with Alexis and Ada. IMO, that would have been much more effective.

This whole thing is not going well, that's just my opinion. She should have never been made to go through this. I feel so bad for her.

Oh, well. If MacNeill paid for furniture for Rachel's apartment, then he must be not guilty. Wow. Wish I would've known that sooner.

Actually, the first thing I thought of when the defense said "he bought couches..." was yeah, when he was forging checks he bought couches, socks, lots of things.

HLN. just getting to Rachel now...

Showing that Martin was generous with money towards his daughter helps the prosecution more than the defense. It shows that there was a close relationship between father and daughter. <--> Rachel did not always hate him and has no reason to lie or exaggerate her testimony in order to convict her father, a man with whom she was very close before Michele died.

Nancy Grace saying he is being portrayed as ",smooth "

Like exlax I say!

The public display telling of RM's marriages and mental state seems to be deliberate to shake her up and make her seem unstable?

Defense trying to suggest loving dad paid for weddings, trips, furniture and such for Rachael but momma was the one really doing it. I'm glad Rachael cleared that up.

Oh no, I don't think Rachel is doing well. I will be interested to hear what the jury actually thought of her testimony. I think they will be able to look past her seemingly mental confusion. BuT seriously I feel angry that she was just put up there in such an emotional state with out any preparation for what she would encounter.

I think the defense brought this up b/c Rachel said her dad offered she, Damian, and Alexis the $5,000 when discuissing the will, or something like that. And she said her father had never done something like that before. So that's why, the defense is trying to show that the father had given her things beforre and it was not out-of-the-ordinary.

Well, obviously if your dad bought you some furniture, you would naturally feel inclined to call him a murderer. It makes perfect sense -- in some alternative universe. :scared:
