She shakes her head NO...then has to admit YES....

I find it very odd that when Gypsy is answering a question as a yes, she shakes her head no. :waitasec:

Cross done.... No re-direct. Jury questions.

State should not let her ramble on WHY, just answer yes or no !!!

pead was just awful, missed so much and is simply not up to this task.

Gypsy Willis skated today. Both the prosecution and defense let her off easy. IMO

jury questions
when did u and marty obtain the marriage license end of july/aug in 2007

pros

the end of july - verified the marriage license

released

Jury Question:

1. When did you and the defendant obtain the marriage license?

Summer of 2007

Doc M looking bad, yet starting to chew on his tongue again before leaning over to talk to female attorney.

So MacNeill how does it feel? You destroyed your family, lost your fake credentials and reside in the pen and now hotstuff is ditching your sorry behind.

The state rests.

Defense calls Jim Van Zandt

:eek:ddsmiley:

I was expecting some bombshell from Pead, but it more like a fizzle. If he wanted to stick it more to MacNeill, he could have had a sequence like:
"Is there any doubt in your mind that he loved you dearly for all that time and perhaps even to this day?"
"But in your mind it ended when you were arrested, and you just strung him along for years until you were released because you were terrified and/or lonely?"

That's it??????talk about not with a bang but a whimper.

here is the "patsy" that will give MM a timeline. He looked at him and smiled...how pathetic...this guy seems on board with MM
