Right, but I'm saying that msm never mentioned the maiming/killing of an animal CHARGE. We fuond that on our own. Or did I miss something in your links? I'm multi-tasking....sorry.

Maybe it's because that "outstanding warrant" for "MAIMING OR KILLING OF ANIMALS OR FOWL" http://www.norfolkva.gov/Police/wanted_person_details.asp?letter=H is still outstanding (even though it was issued on 3/28 and it's not like they can't find him to serve the warrant with the charges) and doesn't appear on his list of charges either here https://eapps.courts.state.va.us/gdcourts/nameSearch.do (Norfolk Criminal General) or here http://norfolk-sheriff.com/inmate-information/

So... technically he hasn't been charged with popping the dog in the head. But he did, and that was enough for the warrant to be issued. Not a clue why it hasn't been served.

It's Isle Of Wight county. They are referring to the pond search, I believe.

I mentioned this up thread somewhere. But there was a body found in Carrsville during the time frame of the Hannah Graham investigation. I believe it was reported as a female who was wanted on fraud charges who had committed suicide. Something shady about this area. IMO

Question, does anyone know if the Virginia Dept of Corrections K9 team that is trained to find cell phones (and worked in Alexis Murphy's case) has been brought in at all during this investigation? Tia.

Eta: I wonder if their training includes water.

Hack, can you add a notation on that map for Franklin? JH confirmed, in msm ,that WH had been doing work there.
