HE PUNCHED A DOG IN THE FACE????? idk the circumstances for this move, but there are VERY few instances I can think of that would excuse this for me.

Look at that! Back in 2005 websleuths had a thread about another missing young Hadsell woman.

They found him with 72 rounds of 9mm ammo. But no gun. That makes me think of a gun with 2 14 round magazines. A Sig Sauer P227 or a CZ-75 for example. The loaded gun and spare loaded magazine could have been tossed. But someone forgot the remainder of a 100 box.

Could be. When I carry an automatic, I always rack one into the chamber, drop the mag, and top it off with another round. That would make it 29 rounds instead of 28 with a spare mag.

Doesn't matter anyway, the other 28 rounds are somewhere(expended or with a firearm), and he likely has or had a 9mm recently if he thought to take his ammo to the hotel.

It was also the evening of the day he was asking to borrow or potentially get a 4 wheeler to search in some woods. No location provided.

Here's the thing. Way upthread we were all talking about 'the fact' that , by now, LE had a lot more information rolling in. They would have cell records of a few players, PING charts, surveillance footage from key areas, lots and lots of witness statements, alibi's checked out, and hopefully some forensics and a search warrant or two.

So, imo, if they are spending FIFTEEN HOURS asking WH where AJ is---they are on to him. This arrest was not about breaking and entering. JMO

The posts to the Bring AJ Home page disappeared YESTERDAY afternoon (Friday). Most of them are now back up. The search started around 5 - 6 pm Thursday, according to media reports. WH posted to the BAJ page shortly after midnight Friday.

Not unrelated. Just not charged with murder. But he is charged with things related to this missing person case. And he was just interrogated for 15 hours, by his own admission, and asked repeatedly 'where AJ' was. Sounds like a POI to me.

Not everyone does that. I don't. But you're right, it doesn't matter, it sounds like someone tosses the loaded gun with the spare magazine. Or gave them back to a relative.

I'm new here, so I'm not intimately acquainted with all the rules. Wouldn't WH's mention of the police asking him where his daughter is over the course of a 15 hour interview make him officially a POI? Or does that distinction only come when the authorities label him as such?

The sad thing is that if the person whose house WH broke into is involved in AJ's disappearance then WH may have seriously jeopardized any case LE is building. That includes the possibility that AJ is alive somewhere too. And if the case ends badly a perp could walk because of WH's actions.

He is an out of control felon who's right where he belongs. I hope he stays there until AJ is found.

No, because he not been named as a POI by the police yet. In fact the police are still saying very very little.

For the record, I think WH is totally responsible for AJ missing, that's my opinion. I'm not arguing anyone else's conclusions either. That is not my question.

I'm confused. In one thread I state facts and they get deleted when someone hits the report button. Here it's a free for all and no one says anything. I need a guage so I know when and when not to say things.

WH himself, is telling us that homicide detectives interrogated him for 15 hours, asking him where AJ was, and saying ' we know you know.' Sounds like a POI to me.

I think the mods were very close to allowing us to view WH as a POI, but have not said so officially. However, his interview, FROM JAIL, is permissible. IMO

Hadsell admitted to breaking in and spending roughly 18 minutes inside the home. where he tore through trash cans and pealed back parts of the carpet. He said he even punched the family dog out of anger. He claimed to have discovered a clue upon searching through the resident’s furniture.

When he supposedly found her jacket.

Which coincidentally he JUST spoke in another interview this past week saying LE found the jacket... :waitasec: Interesting, huh?
