Someone saw her on the road as if she was waiting for a ride. Or just waiting to cross the road. If she left and expected to be right back then maybe she was walking locall? Did she get in car?

That's the big question isn't it. The rd she was seen on goes in the direction of the park, so she may have been crossing like you said.

Looking at the route from Sonia Court to Woodland Park, there had to be cameras along Richmond Hwy, somewhere.

I wonder what made them go back to search at the park.

Neither have I found LE confirmation. Its said in every report but all the LE comments say is she is classed as a run away in every report out there.

My hinky meter is going off.

I saw on one of the news reports that Jholie' s ex was abusive. That gave me pause, but dad said he didn't fit the description of the guy that used the kid's phone.

The Uncle is wearing the exact clothes that the 12 year old described the person that borrowed his phone was wearing.

Where have you seen a pic or video of the uncle? Please reference.

I live close to the park and this whole thing is insane. So much doesn’t make sense. I’ve been told from a source that a suspect is in custody and it’s not an uncle or family memeber. Apparently the body has been there awhile as well. I can only imagine the condition of the body due to the coyotes and other animals.

I really don't know but its the 2nd time they had searched there too.

LE searched the park for Blaze Bernstein's body twice before they found it as well. I guess sometimes it happens, more than we like to think.

Why is there so much about the uncle? The news said the dad was out of town and the uncle was supposed to watch the girls. The girls lied said they were staying somewhere or with someone so he didn’t need to come. Plus he has a key. Where is the boyfriend? where is the kid who said the Snapchat stuff?

Cadaver dogs in both instances?

back to when she went missing:

The day Jholie Moussa disappeared, she seemed distracted after classes at Mount Vernon High School, her twin, Zhane Moussa, said.

"She was doing my hair and then she stopped, for a good minute, to text some more. Then, out of nowhere, she was like, 'I gotta go, I gotta go!'" she said.

Jholie Moussa told her sister she needed to go out for a minute. Zhane Moussa sent her a concerned text and got an odd response.

"She texted me that she was going to Norfolk," Zhane Moussa said. "And I'm, like, isn't that more than 3 hours away?"

Later that night, the girls' mother, Syreeta Steward, missed a call from her daughter. Then, she heard nothing. It wasn't like her.

"Normally, she would have responded back to me. If she calls me and I don't answer, she always follows it up with a text," Steward said.

No one in the family has heard from the 16-year-old since.

I hate to sound graphic but she may not have been discovered the first time because her body may not have been decomposing post mortem at the time. In high school we toured a cadaver lab for a anatomy class field trip. And I'm telling you the scent of death is a very distinct and unforgettable smell.

I do hope they have a suspect in custody and that he turns out to be the perp. Then we can move on with getting justice for her and her loved ones.

Does the story from the 12 yo boy sound shady to anyone else? So he’s out, after dark, shooting hoops, by himself, and some unknown man comes up and asks to borrow his phone? Assuming this boy does exist and this is the story he told....I wonder if he’s covering for someone. Maybe his brother or a friend borrowed his phone and called Jholie?
