Based on the 2013 Vanity Fair interview on YT, her hair is what I would describe as light brown with blonde highlights.I want to guess, because of her eyebrows, she isn't. But I'm no expert on it.

Yes !!! Agree!!! This ^^^^^^
Exactly . Love that guy!I think the TMZ guy set the record straight about a few things.
I honestly am so confused by the verdict formJury Instruction on "Preponderance/Greater Weight of the Evidence"
"When used in these instructions, the phrase “the greater weight of the evidence,” also sometimes called the “preponderance of the evidence,” means the evidence which You find more persuasive when evaluated against all of the evidence that has been admitted in the case. The testimony of one witness whom you believe can be the greater weight of the evidence."
To me, this sounds like you can use ONE person's testimony and go off that above other evidence. If you had to pick whose testimony meets that standard for you, who would it be?
It is hard for me to take seriously, anything AH said in that OP ED, after the following testimony :
"Depp’s attorney read an email from the ACLU to Heard about the op-ed that said: “The goal is to get this out this week to capitalize on the tremendous campaign for ‘Aquaman.’”
Dougherty responded to the attorney, “I do recall that there was a conversation about the optimal timing for the op-ed piece.”
He said Heard agreed that the column should be released around the movie’s release. The piece was titled “Amber Heard: I spoke up against sexual violence – and faced our culture’s wrath. That has to change.” Dougherty said the ACLU was not responsible for the headline in the Post.
The paper published the piece on Dec. 18, 2018, three days before “Aquaman” arrived in domestic theaters on Dec. 21, 2018."
So this Op ED was essentially a promo for her latest film role?Amber Heard's Domestic Violence Op-Ed Was Timed to 'Capitalize' on 'Aquaman' Publicity, Email Reveals
ACLU exec Terence Dougherty told the court one of his communications staffers wrote the first draft, capturing Heard's "fire and rage"www.thewrap.com
Exactly . Love that guy!
He was like the Calvary IMO !
I know body language is not scientific evidence, however, I’ve watched several of the body language experts and it has given me a much clearer picture of these so called abusive incidents. Thank you for sharing this one. I will add it to my Behavior Panel and Body Language Guy’s collectionThere is a youtube video by Spidy, A behavioral analyst that talks about Amber's testimony about a fight in the house in Australia. I think it's the fight where his finger was cut.
He is really quite fair, and notes that he does not weigh in on guilt or innocence, but Amber's description of the fight appears to show a cluster of behavioural inconsistencies that imply she is not telling the truth. In addition, she makes some claims about being flung across the room and landing on a ping-pong table with her pulling Depp with her, bottles breaking, her holding something in her hands.....
He points out that it logistically doesn't work that way and at no time does she say JD had a bottle in his hand, she had the bottle.
Interesting
I didn’t watch all of the video you posted, but this happened on April 15 I believe. Day 8 of the trial.I only watched the last part of the trial, so if this has been discussed, please forgive. The video below appeared in the youtube sidebar as I was watching another one, and I was immediately intrigued. It's 11 minutes long. From what I understood, this was a huge mis-step and Judge Azcarate was really steamed. Can anyone elaborate or give more detail?
omg. And he said this was a good plug for his book. I hope he does well on his book because I think his expert witness days are over.lolMe too! He was on the ball! My other fave top witnesses are Morgan Night, vaping guy, Johnnys childhood friend, the UK security guy (Johnny’s private parts) and of course the doctor who wasn’t 100% on whether Marlon Brando was alive and wanted to know if he had to answer every question while testifying
I think she is being financially supported by her 'ex' after Depp.I doubt she is rich enough to pay kickbacks to people for much of anything. Especially as her main source of revenue, the gravy train with JD, was derailed due to her own actions.
Short. Too the point. Explained how it all worked very well. I think he will stand out to the jury. Some of these experts go on and on and on and confuse and lose the jury altogether. jmo.Exactly . Love that guy!

You have to be extremely quick to respond to anything AH tries to get on record. I think Camille did really well with her. It crossed my mind that she likely watched every bit of the UK trial to prepare for what she was going up against.
Anyone see any credible info as to whether either of them will be present for the verdict?
Will there be a verdict on Tuesday, do you think?
I hoped Friday but then they got sent home early. If they are all on the same page they may get done Tuesday. The only way I see this dragging on for days is if they are a hung jury. Will there be a verdict on Tuesday, do you think?

I dont remember.Oh I had forgotten about that tidbit! Can you tell what Dennison said after he made the book comment? I think he alluded to not being aware of a book but he said it in fewer words.
