Same here, I don’t recall which blunder happened first but it was early on and continued on. At his age I would think he would have known that he has to answer questions on the stand.

Whatever was happening with his mouth was a sign of needing the correct medication...or medication period.

I would be uncomfortable as his patient over his attention span, lack of it.

He lost me totally over the candy and doodling.
Remember when he called his patients "victims" right on the stand?! That blew me away!!

I'm actually not for either side. They should both be ashamed.

I believe JD's last testimony on the stand he made it pretty clear that he didn't want any of this.
While I agree they both should be ashamed of the vulgar, hateful things they said to each other in anger, JD has nothing to be ashamed of as a victim of domestic abuse. NOTHING.
I'm glad he spoke up, and told the world who she really is, and what she's capable of.

i don't think so but as I stated above it is all about the drama and will use this result to make the point that abused woman are not taken seriously especially when the abuser is a powerful man. It actually plays into her narrative. She will not just go away...

Im serious, she doesn’t have the ability to see that she is wrong. We witnessed that over and over throughout the trial. According to her everyone was lying except for her witnesses.

well, the jury wanted their last lunch together

verdict @3:00
Lol, since they knew calling it in the middle of an hour, meant they had to wait an hour-plus/until top of the subsequent hour, they didn't want to be hangry, haha.

i also had a strong feeling based upon my own one long trial experience as juror… they would be bonded by now.
The time is here...1 hour to go. Y'all have been the best to follow along. I've learned so much from y'all.

What trial will y'all be following next?
I’m for Vallow/Daybell, off the top of my head… if you are heretofore totally unfamiliar and wanna catch up, you have until January 2023, lol.

Children's Hospital of Los Angeles and ACLU sue Amber Heard for fraud.
That was the first day I started watching, then I went back to the start. What high school kid would equate a pledge with a donation. Unless I'm wrong, it looks like Depp donated 200k in the first divorce payments to the hospital and ACLU, then Elon Mush made a similarly divided payment of 1 million. But none of it was in her name? And she made zero donations on her own, although she got the 7 million (minus 200k) a good 13 months before he filed suit against her re WAPO pub. Pls do correct me, that's the way I understood it.

I’ll be here for Vallow & Daybell

I’m so happy this verdict came in today … I’m sure the legal teams and their clients are way more stressed than I am, but I feel like I’m on pins and needles nonetheless

Your post makes me wonder about the number of men who are not taken seriously when they report incidents of domestic abuse from their partners.

  • 1 in 4 women and 1 in 9 men experience severe intimate partner physical violence, intimate partner contact sexual violence, and/or intimate partner stalking with impacts such as injury, fearfulness, post-traumatic stress disorder, use of victim services, contraction of sexually transmitted diseases, etc.2
