I’m thinking she wants a redo . She probably believes she can get some different lies admitted as evidence and win it . That’s how delusional she is.
She is so fake and insincere, to the point that nothing she says is believable. I almost think she wants to be sued again.

In addition, there's this huge obstacle: no matter HOW much attention you give these personalities, it is never enough. They can truly be bottomless pits, which is part of the challenge. Developmentally they have been so halted at the crucial stage of bonding and experiencing complete validation so to speak, and in mine and most professionals' experience, that disadvantage will never be fully -- or even just somewhat in extreme cases-- , be caught up throughout the rest of their lives, although coping skills can be taught and therapy and support in their relationships and life will help. They can just be very high maintenance. Extremely high maintenance.
I think it's correct that she does want the last word and is convinced she can convince everyone else. However, since we're talking about someone described as bolded above, I wouldn't be at all surprised if AH would like to revisit the time spent in VA during the course of the trial.
She was away from her daily life in a beautiful place with LOADS of attention on her. Her attorneys, her drivers, her security, the insurance rep, and anyone else in her hired entourage -- PLUS her sister. Since negative attention is still attention, she had the crowd and press, reactions from JD's attorneys, security, and entourage...and of course, the daily potential to bait JD into actually making eye contact with her.
Can you imagine the level of constant supply she was getting during the trial? Right or wrong, love or hate, win or lose, she was
almost the center of a lot of people's attention--close enough to catch the crumbs, anyway.
Since she doesn't appear to have out-of-pocket expenses for her legal team because allegedly her homeowner insurance paid for them, she doesn't appear to have anything to lose to perpetuate her verbal abuse and lies.
I think it's about time for her homeowner's insurance bill to skyrocket to absorb the cost of this expense, and to tell her she is cut off from any more legal cost coverage.
IMO, lack of money won't stop her. EM may not be the banker these days, but I would never, ever put it past AH and her crew of flying monkeys--plus some of the higher-profile, unrelenting supporters--to raise funds. Not just for AH, but because it supports their narrative. However, once they tire of it, I wouldn't put it past AH to try to represent herself--and use the fact that she "has to because JD keeps suing her" to renew her victim card perpetually.
