Heard: 'I have trouble breathing'

Amber Heard is now being re-questioned by her own lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft.

Heard is being shown a document she says is from her ear, nose and throat doctor, which we are told was part of the information she supplied to Depp's team in preparation for the court case.

Heard says she saw an ear, nose and throat specialist in 2016/2017, and says she has "a significant amount of trouble breathing at night". She tells the court: "I have been putting off getting surgery for it."

We move on to discuss Heard's former private nurse Erin Falati (formerly Boerum) and whether she reported injuries she had allegedly suffered at the hands of Depp in December 2015. Heard says yes she did, and says she sought guidance at the time as she believed she had concussion. Hears says she also saw another doctor, Lauren Anderson, "two days after the attack", and third doctor a day after that.

'I never assaulted anyone I've been romantically linked to'

We move onto a brief discussion of Amber Heard's former partner, artist Tasya van Ree. Heard has claimed that during one fight, Johnny Depp set fire to one of Ms van Ree's paintings due to jealousy.

Johnny Depp's lawyer Camille Vasquez refers us to an article in which it is claimed Heard assaulted Ms van Ree at a Seattle airport in 2009. Ms Vasquez says this shows Depp is not the first partner she has assaulted.

Heard says the article, which claims Heard "struck" her then-girlfriend, "was planted after I got a restraining order against Johnny". She says it is another example of what she calls "the smear campaign" she claims Depp and his team launched against her after she filed for divorce.

Heard goes on to say: "I've never assaulted Mr Depp or anyone else I've been romantically linked to, ever."

With that, the cross examination is complete.

AGAIN it is someone else's fault!

She never says "I didn't assault her."
She talked in circles so she didn't have to say that she didn't assault her...

I know. It sounded so phony when she claimed she wouldn't even know how to leak to TMZ. I think anyone and everyone could do so, as TMZ makes it very easy. But especially a celebrity could do so.

Pretty silly that AH and her lawyer claimed that JD's attorney has some 'connection' to TMZ, as if you need some super secret bond with TMZ to give them a leak.

The court is now shown a tweet Amber Heard sent to Johnny Depp's lawyer in March 2021.

Yesterday Depp's lawyer questioned Heard intensively about her make up routine and alleged damage to her face which the actress claims was caused by Depp.
