EB does not seem to follow courtroom protocol at all...from not turning on her mike to engaging in speaking objections and responses....the other AH attorney is far better. If I were AH I would ask that he handle most witnesses. He is not great but sure better.

It’s not at all advisable, IIRC - the lawyer who has deposed them really should do the questioning.

that’s partly why in all these courtroom dramas you see the attorney transfer to the other side with a snappy ‘your witness’.

IMO Dennison needs to finalize soon (because I've run out of patience with this "expert")

IIRC Ben Chew is spending a lot of time looking at JD and Camille and nodding his head lustily. He must like something about the direction of this conversation… whatever it is.
