Not feeling hopeful. Hate feeling like this so early in a case.

The details as they have been reported in the news seem fishy to me, but once again... we don't have all the information.

From cville emergency communications:

Due to the ongoing search for Molly Meghan Miller, search & rescue teams may be out tonight until midnight around the Cherry Ave/Main St area. Be aware that search teams will be using flashlights & may knock on doors.

Can someone summarize the post from Aware Foundation for those who don't do Facebook? TIA

RIP Molly. Heartbreaking.

:tantrum: I was not expecting her to be found in the house. So sad.

RIP Molly. :rose:

Meaning you don't think she left the house?

I'm of course not accusing anyone specifically because no POI has been named, however, one could deduct that something happened to her in her home and she might've been outside temporarily (long enough to be placed in a vehicle or something) because the hounds did pick up a bit of scent. In most other cases if hounds are used (even a week later like in the Maricela Garcia case), those dogs take off like crazy in the direction of travel and will follow it in the exact direction for a long duration...even if the person takes turns and such.

Edit:. I was typing that at the same time the update was being posted. Didn't see it until I submitted.

WTH? They didn’t check there first????
Maybe she went out, felt how cold it was and circled back w/out fiance seeing her and went to her room. I'd be interested to know if the fiance stayed at her house after cooking or if he went to his place.

Maybe he returned the next day, but if he did that, wouldn't you think he would have checked the house first?
