Wow! Thanks for posting this. It's nice to get some new information. DE was using the name, "Dr._Tombstone" for his Kik account. How creepy is that? I wonder if he set this Kik account up just to communicate with Nicole or was he chatting with other girls. Dr. Tombstone, I just can't get past that right now. Very disturbing!

Can someone tell me DE's middle name. Can't remember it right now. Thanks!

I guess DE wasn't studying all the time. Apparently, he is into video games.

He last played on January 30, the day he was arrested.

Level 5... not very high for having been there for over 2.5, almost 3, years. Although he could have barely played at one point and gotten into it heavily at others, it doesn't really seem like he was a very hardcore gamer. From a quick look at the visible stats he mostly played in 2013 and 2014. Big Assassin's Creed fan, from the looks of it.

He was actually arrested "shortly before midnight on January 29th"** but with it being a UK based account, the time would be five hours ahead, so he would have played (or at least logged in) as late as 7pm (or later) on January 29th.

(ETA just posting this because someone else will notice the date discrepancy ;) )

with gaming, planning a murder, stalking and social media wonder if his grades were lowering? so sick to have a name like Dr Tombstone! CRAZY as a fox............hang himself.........wonder what NK names and passwords are !!

Got to wonder about that warrant, with the recent news about the warrants being sealed pretty much indefinitely...hmmm. Wonder if it was leaked intentionally by prosecution, to some purpose ... or if there really is a true "leak" somewhere.

So when did he request an attorney?

Eisenhauer was brought in for questioning just before midnight on Jan. 29, when he waived his right to an attorney, according to the warrant. He told investigators then that he had contacted Lovell through Kik and was at her house the night she went missing. He said he saw the teen climb out her bedroom window, gave her a hug and then left immediately afterward, according to the warrant.

:sweep:

I truly do not know this: when does FOIA go into effect? After a case is done and dealt with, I'm assuming? (Asking because idk if this could just have been a 'simple' FOIA request?)

I'm assuming the same. ETA: I'm thinking if a FOIA request would do it, what point would there be in sealing anything?

Is there any way it could have somehow been a federal/FBI-generated warrant and maybe thus not included in the sealing? I'm thinking...nah -- because I figure it most likely would still come under the sealing and, even if it didn't, not very likely the FBI would release it with the investigation still active (UNLESS for a purpose). Just "reaching", trying to figure out where this came from.
