Based on what we know so far, I find it plausible that Noah may have gotten into her prescribed medication ie Methadone or something along those lines while she was driving his dad to work and he was left alone. Which also leads me to believe if in fact the case that her medication was not securely stored.

Just a thought I was having after reading through the last page and there was mention of her having a prescription to help her overcome an opiate addiction.

I don't post in this thread as it is hard enough to read let alone participate, Noah has found a place in my heart and I wish him proper Justice.

I think it was reported that she had a legally prescribed opiate medication, but I don't have a link handy.

Were Paul's charges not felony charges also? Because if they are, then why isn't he being charged in the same way?
 
It's a myth to think that drug users won't drug their children to make them sleep while they score themselves or party. A druggy's main motivation is getting high, they don't want a child interrupting them. When they are coming down they want to sleep, and if they slip the child something to keep them asleep longer or even just docile so they can sleep themselves some parents will. It's sad that Noah and his sister were left in that environment.

I agree. From what we have read so far, I believe this very likely may be what happened. JMO The fact that P and A were both charged with two felony child abuse and neglect charges each, we can assume is because they were known to leave the babies alone. Ashley was charged in the beginning with the more serious charge “serious injuries” to a child that were received under an adult’s care. Those injuries, as defined by state code include: “disfigurement, a fracture, a severe burn or laceration, mutilation, maiming, forced ingestion of dangerous substances, or life threatening internal injuries" makes me think, if indeed the tox report showed Noah had been drugged, then she was the one who administered the lethal dose. Again, JMO. We'll have to continue to wait for more info, if it comes, to find out the actual cause of little Noah's death.

It is extremely sad, that Noah and his baby sister were left in an environment, where a horror like this could take place.

I haven't been on here for a while, been busy with my little ones. I'm glad to see so many still visiting and posting on little Noah's thread. Thankyou for the updates.

So I see AW has been charged with felony murder but PT has no added charges as yet?
Do we still not know if Noah was placed in there after he had passed?
And is the next hearing still august?

I'm pleased to see that things are moving forward for little Noah, think about him all the time.

I'm still wondering if more charges are forthcoming. I too am glad Noah's case is moving along, although slowly.
 
Haven't been on this thread for a while. Just so heart breaking that I had to take a step back. Been checking MSM to see if tox results came back yet. Praying that Noah's little sister is doing well and is in the best care possible receiving the love that she deserves. Noah should have had the same chance!!!! Rest in peace sweet angel.
 
My daughter said she read on one of the Noah FB pages that today is little Noah's sixth birthday. He should be here to celebrate and enjoy!

I don't think I ever heard that either of the "parents" (It's obvious why I use that term loosely) reported that their cell phone was missing. I did a quick search of everything I had saved and I couldn't find reference to any cell phone of Ashley's or Paul's being reported missing.
 
Wouldn't the cell phone stop working when Noah was placed/fell in in the septic tank? Giving LE and idea of when he was submerged? This incident doesn't sound like the Sheriff's office is too on the ball. IMO
 
The action figures were reported missing with Noah - so whoever filed the MP report knew that he would be found with them.

Neither parents nor LE seem too bright in that report.
 
So found the phone then said it was a typo? What the heck? Were they lying or did they really not realize there was a phone..? And why wouldn't they check it out??
 
I'm ashamed to admit that I've dropped my phone in the toilet twice and into the pool once. All three times, my carrier was able to retrieve my info from the phone. If they have the phone, they know what's on it, IMO. For me, this is just more of the same from LE..."parents are cooperating, not suspects, etc., etc.". I'm frankly surprised this was released.

And where are the additional charges? I've read and re read the language in the charges and surely there are coming charges related to his body being in the tank and hopefully upgraded charges for paul

I just came on here to check and was happy to see the new charge. Noah, Happy Birthday! I'm so sorry you had the parents that you did.

I agree. I think there is some significance in releasing this. IMO, LE has been methodical and deliberate in the info they release. Time will tell I guess...
