Precisely what I think as well, Steleheart

It's sad because people can survive an overdose, but then the attending friend/ parent, etc. risks prosecution. She must have been out of her mind high to pick the septic tank.

I bet the 2 of them were so relived to be put up at the hotel where they could poop and pee without thinking of that little guy floating around in it.

Sorry it's graphic but for crying out loud, were they that far gone on drugs? He was their CHILD for Chrisakes!

MOO

Did she really put that little boy, alive, in a septic tank? I just can't bear the thought. Do you think he could have drowned in the bath first and she panicked and then put him in there? The first option is unimaginable.

We hope not...waiting on more information.

Probably enjoyed being put up at a hotel on LE's dime. Their baby was taken away that first day so it was just the two of them. JMO

They could have known he was still alive but too selfish to get him help knowing they'd get in trouble. So they tried to stage an accident. 15 years is not nearly enough time in my opinion.

I just googled, "what does a septic tank look like inside" but unfortunately it did not make me feel any better at all. What a horrible, unthinkable thing. I just can't even wrap my head around it. If he was awake when he went in I can't even stand the thought of how he must've felt/panicked. Ugh.

Under Virginia law this charge is defined as the accidental killing, contrary to the intention of the parties, while in the commission of some other felonious act, according to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office. That other felonious act listed is the abuse and/ or neglect of her child. http://wtvr.com/2015/08/12/noah-thomas-murder-autopsy-parents-in-court/

My biggest fear for Noah has come true. I feared from when he was found in the septic that he was placed in there alive. I can't even breathe. I can't believe this is real. I can't stop the tears or rage. It infuriates me that they carry the title "humans" and worse yet "parents". WHY?

Life w/o parole is too good for them. The death penalty is too good for them. Nothing will ever be justice for Noah. His little abused life snuffed out by what passes for human. :(

It was stated at a court appearance in April that the toxicology report was “pending.” However, no other indication of the report’s status has been released. Additionally, it is unclear how Thomas got into the septic tank.

The sheriff’s office said it expects that a preliminary hearing for the new felony homicide charge will be scheduled for the same day as the felony abuse and neglect charges for White and Thomas on Aug. 12 at 1:30 p.m. in Pulaski County Juvenile and Domestic Court. http://www.roanoke.com/news/crime/p...cle_cf3f25d2-7504-5c02-8759-a3bb82f981be.html

I guess their courtroom is like the one I went to a hearing for in the BC case. NO PHONES OR VIDEO/AUDIO allowed to be on. I say this because the Reporter who is suppose to be in the courtroom .... nothing .

* I also learned that just because the reporters "report" something doesn't mean they were also there at the time. And many reasons for stuff being stated incorrectly...along with trying to be the first to report. Hope we get good info..

Well the closet thing that would be justice in my book is to put them in a tank alive and lock it shut. This happened just a county over from me and when he was missing I kept thinking mom and dad were involved. Just a hunch. Everytime I ate something, or got in bed I would think of him..wondering if he was cold, wondering if he was hungry. This whole case shook me to the core. Bless his heart and I can only hope that they pay big time. I can't just imagine how someone could be so cruel and monstrous.

Your exactly right!! They combined both parents pictures but didn't change caption. Such terrible reporting these days. Can't even spell either. View attachment 79881View attachment 79882View attachment 79883

Yeah, that seems to be common around here. :( If Orlando Salanas was on the case it would be much better. I am awaiting on his spin on this on his facebook page More Truth TV. It is not said but shortly after he broke some information on this very case they got canned from his TV job. Go figure
