I agree I don't get the Eddie Snell alter ego , either.

I will listen to the interview. If you were my dear friend / family member - a person that I wanted the best for - you tell me about your work colleagues and tell me about Eddie Snail or show me a video of Eddie Snail - I would be upset with your work colleagues. I would feel as though they were exploiting you - that they did not have your best interest in mind - that Eddie Snail was good for them, but, not really for you.

Then I would help you with "being Eddie Snail." I may even suggest that Eddie Snail's friends come to visit - and I would want to see your friend CH's as one of Eddie Snail's friends.

Plus, I have gotten other unfavorable impressions.

I wonder how many of the Jurors are familiar with the previous case JM prosecuted. The Andriano case is similar in she killed him 3 different ways..Andriano also claimed to kill in self-defense. That verdict took 15min..I think Murder 2 and lesser was not an option.

I am so nervous looking at the time! I am nervous the lesser charges and instructions are confusing them. :scared:

I'm currently in Morocco, but we walked into my husband's cousin's house tonight and this was the FIRST thing I saw. I'm about 5,000 miles from AZ, but I'm hoping its a good sign, insha Allah (God willing).

As Juan said in the trial--it's because she had the presence of mind to clean herself off before she moved about the rest of the house. Also no bloody footprints in the bedroom, stairs, or anywhere else in the house. Changed her bloody socks and/or put on shoes.

Exactly. So seeing blood on her hands in the car was another dumb move on her part. Unless...it was her own blood from her injured finger which should not cause her to assume she had killed anyone.

I don't think they are disagreeing at all. I think this is just the first time they have had a chance to talk about the trial after 4 months. They need to decompress and probably have a lot to discuss. I've never felt more confident about a murder one verdict. No doubt.

I must say that I'm a bit concerned about the older gents on this jury. These men came up during times that women were considered the weaker sex and needed protecting. I'm afraid that they just can not consider a verdict with a possible death sentence attached. JMO

I'm sure they have nieces and/or grand daughters. Older people are hipper today than we give them credit for. They're on Facebook and other social networking sites. They text and some of them even tweet!
