I don't do Twitter. Could you find out if the jury was escorted to a fast food place or is there a cafeteria in the courthouse?

When I found out they had to buy their own lunch I had visions of the 12 of them leaving the courthouse and scattering to different restaurants and fast food joints. In this vision there were 12 guys in 3 piece suits (in 100 degree Arizona) and sunglasses and talking into their wristwatch reporting, "Oh-Oh, I lost #7 in Wendy's. He snuck out the side door, but I've got eyes on #3. He's eating ice cream on a bench by the courthouse.":floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

(It's how I entertain myself during THE BIG WAIT.):seeya:

LOL! It's a little unclear, but it looks as if they're either (1) taking their break in the deliberation room or (2) deliberating as they eat. (Per Katie Wick.)

I actually thought some might have taken lunch orders and brought in food for the others. I sure wouldn't want to go out and try to grab anything! I'm sending Paul Rudd with my order! :floorlaugh:

I get so raging mad at people who don't understand reasonable doubt and premeditation.
I don't get it.....
Or that if she had intended to kill him, she would have done a better job cleaning up the scene. Come on, how many crime scenes are pristine? People are convicted every day on far less evidence than we have in this case. Some people lack critical thinking/logic.

I think ultimately it will be the gas cans that do her in. Really she would have been better off just filling up as she needed to...what a dipstick, scuse the pun. Anyhow if you all remember Daryl B. wasn't on the stand 10 seconds before he was talking about falling in love with JA...it was disgusting. Isn't it ironic that it may be due to him not covering for JA that she gets what's coming to her.

Waiting for Justice for Travis and his family.

I wonder if the jury has figured out that the "appendage" photo that was text to Jodi...isn't Travis'.

There have been many, many, stupid and ridiculous lines uttered in this trial. One that I cannot forget is:

"I thought Oh Crap! I must have killed him"

What is your fav?

:seeya: Just thought of another :

Mr.Martinez: YES or NO !

Mr.Martinez: YES or NO, Ma'am !

:drumroll: . . .

He may finally be realizing his failed responsibility in that horrible excuse of a trial.

If you think he was overconfident there'd be a conviction and was too focussed on avoiding grounds for an appeal and lost sight of working for justice in the first place, then I know where you're coming from ... I think however a few people got complacent, right back to the beginning of the investigation as it turns out.

Anyway, we've still got PTSD (Post Trial Stress Disorder) from that, we need a first degree murder conviction in this one to restore our faith.

could not find a clock ticking one...so..

TICK TOCK TICK TOCK......

Did anybody watch 48 Hours this past Saturday? There was a case about couple who got divorced. Wife started stalking ex and his fiance. She bought gas cans, turned off her cell phone and drove through the night to his house. Shot both ex and his fiance. The similarities were SO similar to JA, I actually gasped while watching

Is that the ex wife who was hiding out in the closet while getting drunk on wine lying in wait??
Didn't they also look out their window once and find her out on the trampoline??

Yes, she is an older version of the defendant!

There are lots of pine trees in TX. But, I live in East Texas and not sure what lost Pine is. The whole Gulf is ocean, and there are mountains in West TX and South Texas. You are right about the temps though and they can be miserable for a few weeks out of the year. But, no place is perfect year round. jmo

Galveston gag me lol sorry after I saw Destin I never went back to a Texas beach

Just got back from a hearing downtown. The place is crawling with bored media people. :)

One lady on HLN (I guess she's a lawyer. I had the TV on mute when she was first on there.) said that the jury could overlook all the premeditation that Juan mentioned if " they wanted to cut her a break" and decided on manslaughter. That scares me. Why would they want to give a break to a person that committed such a heinous crime?

Lord, let there not be anyone like the HLN callers on that jury.

Obviously how when the camera strap was found in its original packaging in the camera bag in the loft area just outside his room?

As far as the camera strap - I have a fave strap that was on my dad's camera the first time I ever went to Disney. I have never used the straps that came with my cameras. In fact my new one has a strap that I bought at Disney last year. My question is WHAT did Jodi do with the strap?

WHO is this TH woman on HLN? Saying JA came prepared to kill but didn't premeditate it? She just snapped, really? No, doll.. please go back and demand a refund from your online law school ASAP!

how can one come prepared to kill (premeditation) but didn't in fact plan it and just snapped?
where do they find these people? :floorlaugh:

i do like mark and the red head psychologist woman though.
