Websurfer - the site isn't letting me quote your question but if you are using a Windows computer, a basic program like Paint which everyone has will do the job.

The strap was still in its original packaging.

II have also wondered about the pic where she is dragging Travis down the hall. How did that one happen if she wasnt somehow carrying that camera?

If we think the past five years have hardened/changed Jodi's looks (combo of weight loss, hardening that comes with spending time in jail), imagine what she'll look like five years from now. No more county jail for Jodi--on to the big house.

It's odd, but it appears that her nose is growing by the day. It's so odd and gross looking to me. Perhaps its all the lies? Lol...

I really wish HLN would stop showing pictures of JA every 5 sec. You know she is loving it

Did you use that time to keep discussing the case at all? Or just dined together taking a mental break, not deliberating?

I was jury foreman on DP trial in GA. During penalty phase we were sequestered & worked through lunch. BTW state paid for our lunch though out the 10 day trial + $25 per day.

My favorite line is my avatar - from the jurors' mouths - HOW CAN WE BELIEVE YOU NOW? I hope that is the running theme of their discussions!!!:liar:

We got the case right at lunch time. We decided we wanted to work on the case while we ate. The alternates were great. They offered to leave at that time so that we could get started. As we ate we looked at the evidence and discussed aspects of the case. We made a list of things we wanted to see and hear. There were voice mails that were admitted but not played in court due to the graphic nature of them. We felt we needed to hear them so after we ate we went back into court to listen. We reached a guilty verdict shortly after that. The original vote was 10-2. We asked what caused them doubt and pulled out three evidenced again. The 2 had just not caught some of the testimony and quickly joined the rest if us in a guilty verdict. I was very proud of our jury. Nobody tried to change the minds of the two. We just asked what caused them to doubt and we pulled out the pertinent testimony to look it over. Even after they changed their vote, I asked both if they were sure. I told them that we have no deadline and if they had any doubt then we need to wait. They both assured me that they were now convinced of his guilt.

What worries me most is that the jury may actually be considering the fact that Arias "waited" 13 hours to kill Travis even though we know the roommates were home until 4 PM the next day and any commotion/gunshot earlier would have been heard. This was brought up again on HLN, but I don't hear much talk of the roommates. Instead we hear of how Arias went there in a last ditch attempt to get Travis to take her to Cancun and when all else failed, she slaughtered him. Which might influence the jury convicting Arias on a lesser charge ...

If you think he was overconfident there'd be a conviction and was too focussed on avoiding grounds for an appeal and lost sight of working for justice in the first place, then I know where you're coming from ... I think however a few people got complacent, right back to the beginning of the investigation as it turns out.

Anyway, we've still got PTSD (Post Trial Stress Disorder) from that, we need a first degree murder conviction in this one to restore our faith.

Yep. And allowing CA's blatant perjury is something I still can't wrap my head around...Oh well. Just hoping this one turns out right. Judge Stephens wasn't perfect but she was decent imo.

There have been many, many, stupid and ridiculous lines uttered in this trial. One that I cannot forget is:

"I thought Oh Crap! I must have killed him"

What is your fav?

It's a toss up between, "Mr. Martinez, I'd give you a time out!" and the one where Wilma asked JD, "So you didn't speak with the deceased?" (Not the exact words, but you get the idea.):seeya:

HLN's deliberation clock is not moving - so apparently they didn't get the "working lunch" memo/tweet.

Pfft.

Doesn't sound like they are. Half went and got food and took it back to the jury room, while some are eating in the cafeteria.
