I finally read the secret testimony. Same drivel, never taking responsibility for anything she's done wrong in relationships or any interactions. I'd say, though, at least a few of her exes are in fear she'll be released or escape at some point and come for them.

Contradictory. In her version of versions, her father doing cocaine, and her mother smoked ganja throughout her pregnancy with JA. That is not what she told Dr. DeMarte.

I can only assume the women in jail and prison aren't as choosy. She'll be the Princess Of Perryville if she's rewarded with a life sentence.

And she'll donate her hair... and start a book club... and a recycling program... and teach Spanglish... and draw with crans... and hawk t-*advertiser censored* to DV survivors worldwide.

One thing she will never do is admit she killed TA because she couldn't sidle her way in (butt first) as Mrs. TA.

As you posted above, that is the problem in that not only is there no remorse but completely blaming Travis & spending their whole defense on how to make Travis 'bad' w/o even trying to mitigate for ja.
I was thinking over the weekend, just how different this whole thing would've been if she would've just called 911 in the first place & just admitted it right then & there. Many people have done just that. But, that goes into what kind of person they really are. In her mind, whatever was going on inside it, she really believed she'd get away with it & that people would believe her. Even now, she believes that trashing Travis was more important. Sorry, I'm not as good as writing my thoughts & feelings as you & others but, I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. God Bless you & WS. Hugs

Thank you so much for your kind words and reading. I believe she didn't call 911 right away because it speaks to her sophisticated and extensive degree of premeditation involved. I don't' think for one second she intended to leave that house with Travis alive. The fact that she intended to murder him, got him as absolutely vulnerable as she could--post sex and naked in a shower--speaks to her level of evil and depravity. Imagine if this was a man! Showing up uninvited to a woman's home, using her for sex while planning to kill the lover then getting her in the shower take photos of her up until the second that he started stabbing her? That is utterly sick and beyond anything even remotely human!
Anyway I think you express yourself very well and detail why this murderer deserves the death penalty like no other!

I know many will say I am wrong, and if I am so be it, but I REALLY think that court will start tomorrow with an announcement that a verdict has been reached. I just have this feeling that they had reached a decision but paperwork/hours/security you name it would not allow them to finish all the formalities. I'm telling you.....I feel it. I have my alarm set and I am going to have to roofie myself to sleep at all tonight ; )

(ps, I temporarily took my signature prancer kitty off because its gonna be a zoo in here tomorrow and I don't wanna slow anyone's feed down)

well from the photos that day,the duvet looks a dark brown so im going to assume the sheet was the same colour...travis was a nice neat guy so i can't see it being all mis-matched.

thats inside the dryer but i cant see them..

And yes she likes to act like she knows Travis...his likes and dislikes etc. and uses it to embellish her stories

Thanks for posting this info. I have raised my eyebrows more than a few times at her behavior and appearance, trying really really hard not to judge. The seeming impropriety of her tweeting, handling artwork, unprofessional (IMO) actions in court have left me wondering how often she has crossed the line (IMO) in the past. Or is CMJA an anomaly. Is risking your career and reputation for CMJA worth it or is she doing it so she can write a book? SMH.

One of the weird things in this job description is the part that says:

The role of a mitigation specialist is to present mitigating circumstances and factors to all players within the criminal justice system (prosecutors/probation officers/judges/jurors) in an effort to persuade all relevant parties that this particular individual&#8217;s case merits special consideration.



According to this job description, Maria is supposed to be persuading the PROSECUTOR of the defendants worthiness. She sure has a weird way of communicating with him. Does tweeting insults about him count?

I do see how she is 'persuading' the jury though. She is constantly interacting in an intimate and close way with the killer. Rubbing her, whispering, smiling, commiserating. IT is so odd they way they arer allowing them to carry on. :no:

Thanks. Sounds like she used towels to clean up the bloody tile floor and not the sheets from his bed.

So unless she used the sheets to drag TA back to the shower, the sheets were probably white after washing (not pink) and only washed to remove her DNA from the fabric?

I would also have to think that, unless she was in a fog, she had to have known she had "collected" the camera with the towels she was using to clean the bloody tile floor up with, and also known it was going in the washing machine with the bloody towels.

I just don't know for sure if she intended to leave the camera in Mesa, or take a less bloodier camera with her? Who cleans up a floor with a towel and not see something the size of a camera?

Maybe she meant to take the SD card (leave the camera); and THAT got lost in the towels. ?

I think she was holding the gun on him and ranting throughout that 1 min and 10 seconds. She loudly berated him and explained why she had to do this.
