All the kids had a troubled start. We know that through what we know about Travis. Stephen is younger than Travis. He's grown up with drug addicted parents, who have both died.
Yeah. I thought Deb had some "insight" as to why Steven had troubles "before 2008". We all know this. People recover against remarkable odds. I think Stevens problems began in June of 2008 and that it is none of our business what happened before. JMO.

Just as we don't know what is "best" for the Alexander family.......we don't know how Travis would feel about any of this.

Ninety minutes in. One break so far. Wonder how deliberations are progressing?

As horrible as his death is, his legacy will always be love and kindness. Nothing in this trial can change this. That is also why I get so annoyed when people go after her family. That is not something he would have done. I don't think he would like people going after people who are also caught up in the mess that is JA.

When this is all over and the murderer is long forgotten, I do hope TA's legacy isn't that he was brutally murdered and his trial was a circus.

Love, kindness are my same thoughts-- and also that no matter what life you're dealt in the beginning (drug addicted parents, etc) that the drive to overcome and find your own success, peace & happiness is possible.

That's the type of book I hope is written-- his life and not his death.

RIP Travis-- possibly your death was your destiny-- for those lessons alone.

None of it's our business, before or after, technically.

Does he have an actual blog this guy, can you post a link because I am curious to read it ..

I'm sorry I don't have a link, but everyday he posted his opinion and synopsis of the trial. Someone on WS always posted it. It's called the 13th Juror. I'll google it and let you know if I find something.

Does anyone know if Paul Sanders posted a blog for yesterday?
Yes. It's on the Sidebar thread. Just so you know though, I was disappointed with his blog for yesterday. After sitting in the courtroom throughout the trial, he should know the murder weapons were never found. He describes that this jury would look at both the knife and gun Jodi used. Not possible.

I am not sure it is linkable here. Just popped in to see if the jurors are making any progress and noticed people discussing a blog I have read. Author's name is Paul Sanders. Just google his name and 13th juror and that should get you there.

ETA Nevermind, I see it is an allowable link.

BK: JW and MDLR just walked into court but BK says they are probably visiting the defendant

During the trial, the jurors take notes to use in deliberations. What happens to the note books after the verdict? Are they destroyed, stored with evidence, used by future attorneys. I know the jurors are not allowed to keep them. Thanks.
