WTH is that supposed to mean? Geez!! I would have never told anyone that. Sounds like he thinks he knows to me. That sounds pretty stupid coming out of his attorneys mouth. IMO

It really is not stupid. It is just wishful thinking, and, a thing *most* criminal defense attorneys will say on camera. Hallahann may not ask. He already knows. However, it cripples him in his defense. He will still point out the weak points of whatever case, but, he is working the public in this t.v. statement, with idea Alexis is alive. ;)

RAT hiding behind his "I was just calling her to warn her." in Samantha's case.

Now, "I was just trying to buy some pot." in Alexis's case.

:scream:

Maybe so, but to say he doesn't want to know would make one think she wasn't alive. IMO Otherwise why wouldn't you want to know if you thought she was safe. If she were safe he could ask they'd find her and he may not be sitting in jail any longer depending on the circumstances.

Yup, when there are too many coincidences, then it's not a coincidence. I've still got my eye on good ole George.

And the coincidence that RAT walks like a DUCK is a coincidence in itself, haha! (Reference to Daffy)

Not to mention that if his client is really innocent finding her would be crucial in helping to prove that...unless he's not really innocent.

My Point exactly!! Which leads back to my original point, his lawyer makes the public believe that not even he thinks he's innocent with comments such as "I didn't ask. I don't want to know".

I wish we knew if the hair found was whole. Meaning with the bulb end attached.

Me too. Something else I've been wondering about as I have no experience with weaves, but how does one stay in the head. For them to find a hair with a follicle wouldn't it be difficult if it were glued in or sown in?

Does this mean they are still searching? That's something today.

I'm guessing this is an independent, private SAR organization, independently volunteering, separate from LE?

Man, you guys are right...sure is beautiful and green up there. :)

They have not confirmed they have been asked to search, so they most likely doing it on their own. They are a non-profit organization that uses motorized parachutes (A person with a parachute and a motorized propeller strapped on their back) and drones. They are currently using a thermal cameras to see if there are any warm spots on the farm. (like a live person).

Would there be any heat now? She went missing on the 3rd, it is the 16th. :(

I'm am praying :please: they find everything they need to before the 1st weekend of September. The Interlocken Music Festival begins September 5th - 8th here in Nelson County. Over 15,000 tickets have been sold. We only have a population of about 15,000 in Nelson County. So that means there will be TONS of people going every which way throughout the county!

Also, if anyone is interested, here is a video from Youtube showing the Crab Tree Falls area of Nelson County and the terrain up there. People go Mud Bogging and hiking there often.

But this was tweeted yesterday, would they be allowed to search there 'on their own'?

ETA: Sorry I'm not expecting you to know the answer, or question what you have said.

I hope someone sees something and call immediately. But, visitors do not know, and will not call anything in. I will try to be hopeful, as the only way bodies in the woods are found is via accidental run into it.

It looks like no one will with those trucks going over anything newly dug. :( Thank you for letting us "see" and hopefully FBI, local LE, will know too.

What I do know is that if that is not an area that has been cordoned off, anyone can search anywhere that the public is allowed. And there aren't any rules for flyovers that I know of (yet) as long as you aren't harassing people. Anyone can search Shenandoah park if they want to. Or anywhere else they feel like they need to search. It just doesn't work as well as organized searches. This is from personal experience.

Thank you for the explanation.
