So here's the rule out list from NamUs (https://identifyus.org/en/cases/10449 ) as of 5/3/16:
Emily Ballantyne 1966 Washington
Barbara Cotton 1965 North Dakota
Angela Hammond 1971 Missouri
Nguyet Phung 1971 Washington
Barbara Sterbinsky 1959 Washington
It's kind of surprising she hasn't received more attention -- but hopefully, since we have this reconstruction, she can come home! Fingers crossed 2016 is the year for her.
Yeah, I wish we could find who she is. It's been too long.
I think the names on the ruleouts are all the women in the system who are listed as having scoliosis. I recognize several names. I'll have to double-check it against my list and see if there's anybody else who should be submitted

I have several of those many pages of to do lists lol
I have her on NJ for the Federal Help Find the Missing Act - Billy's Law as a note because I thought it would be easier for people to share her. She only got 4 shares. I'm going to share it again.
Link to note - NamUs UP #10449 May 14, 1991 possible Missouri, Kansas; Colorado; Wyoming, Utah; Idaho; Oregon MP
Shared. I don't think I had seen her on your page before.
Harvel started his trip in Missouri, stopping in Tacoma. He was headed to Portland at the time of the crash. He didnt have anyone registered as riding with him, so its likely he picked up the woman as a hitchhiker, said Detective Greg Wilcoxson of the Washington State Patrol.
May I ask a general question here?
I'm curious about the bit in bold, about passengers being registered to ride with truck drivers. I had assumed that any passengers riding with drivers would be either friends and family or impromptu pickups along the way, so how does this registration thing work and how common is it for a driver to register a passenger? Would that normally be restricted to friends and family of the driver or could any member of the public book a trip with the next driver going their way?
I'll leave the details to somebody who is more familiar with trucking procedures, but I can say that it has to do with insurance requirements. And many companies don't allow riders at all.
How about Meredith Medina? She was a runaway in 1989. it doesn't say that she was treated for scoliosis, but with in the three years maybe it was possible she was. I think she looks similar to the Jane Doe though.

LKA Info
Date LKA: October 16, 1990
Location LKA: Kelso, Cowlitz County, WA
Age LKA: 27
(snipped for the sake of brevity)
Comments
The main negatives are (1) there's no indication about scoliosis, and (2), the date LKA (16-Oct-1990) is seven months prior to this Jane Doe's accident. The circumstances seem inconsistent, unless she abandoned her family.

Not necessarily.Just read through this and thought I would point something out. I don't see that anyone has focused on this, but the article Roselvr posted above says: "All officials knew in 1991 was that she was between 5-foot 1-inch and 5-foot 4-inches tall and had been treated for scoliosis.". If they knew for a fact she had been treated, it would had to have been surgical treatment, correct?
Not necessarily. Maybe she left her brace at home.and the list of her belongings/clothing didn't include a brace, isn't it safe to assume the treatment for scoliosis was surgical?
have they thought of sending the drawing to tribal police in Montana, Idaho and the Dakotas?
I couldn't find a thread for her. She was a probable hitchhiker who died in a tractor trailer accident in Kalama, WA. The deceased driver of the tractor trailer was ID'd, but she wasn't. It's thought she may have been picked up between Missouri and Washington.
Her DNA and fingerprints are unavailable, but dentals are. She had bad teeth and severe scoliosis.
