But did this neighbor report this to LE or CPS?

Why didn't the neighbors report this?

I do not under stand why they would not pick up the phone and call LE to make a report!!!!!!

Will LE reports come out...that might answer your question.

Just mentioned on NG that specialized dogs were being brought in and could track her for miles....

They had dogs first night...I hope this works better. But, what if she got in car? There are lots of cameras at traffic lights in Silverdale and Bremerton.

Birds of a feather flock together. It sounds like LE has ruled out the step father through poly, but I would take a hard look his friends and associates. Someone knew that the child was unsupervised and snatched her. jmo

Great link. Thanks!

Investigators also are talking to registered sex offenders in the neighborhood and are attempting to track down transient sex offenders who may have been in the area when Jenise vanished.

And as the hunt continues, Wilson said investigators are expanding the search perimeters to include areas to the east and west of the mobile home park. They also are looking at surveillance video from businesses in the surrounding area.

The FBI also is bringing in additional assets, including specialized search dogs, he said.

Investigators don't know if the little girl wandered off or was the victim of an accident, abduction or homicide.

They need to look into associates/family members of not only Jenise's parents, but the other residents of the park. Someone's cousin/nephew/buddy could have done this. I know the trailer park in itself is a small community, but with a little over 100 families living there, that is a lot of acquaintances and family members who may have made visits to the trailer park in recent months and spotted Jenise. This could take a while :(

I remember in press conference ... Maybe around 10 there ... 12 ish here ... He said FBI was bringing in their own specialized dogs later today. Hoping that brings some answers soon!!

It's too late for that. I think a lot of people who don't follow missing people have misplaced awe in the ability of tracking dogs; they're not super-human computers. They're better than nothing at all, and sometimes they are able to locate remains or living humans. I know they're supposed to attempt to track the "most recent" path someone took in an area, but this is a girl who wanders around that trailer park all day every day and now it's been 5 days since she was last seen. No way a dog is going to be able to sort out tracks made 5 days ago vs. 6 or 7 days ago. Add to that there have been hundreds of other footpaths carrying her footprint smell here and there all over that trailer park every single day since she was reported missing.

There is no way a dog could point out the last walking path this girl took. Although cadaver dogs might have some success.

Where were her siblings all day then? If she was usually in the company of her older sibs then what happened and how come no one asked about her until after the sun set that day? JMO

Oh , had a thought. Neighbors saw her between 12 and 4. I'd like that narrowed down or does anyone know the answer ? Was she seen from 12 to 4 , like for 4 or so hours, playing with a particular kid or at someones' house ? OR was she seen sometime between the hours of 12 and 4 just briefly walking by or something? Might those neighbors have told the parents earlier in the day ' oh we just saw her a bit ago' and so that counted as a ' check in ' so to speak and parents were not worried until then several more hours passed?

That's the million dollar question. IIRC the Sister was sent out once earlier to look for Jenise. It was stated usually she checked in every few hours. However it appears it did not raise any concern when she didn't. On that day.

if there was evidence of past drug use((IIRC)) then what about ''those kind of associates'' ((debt payment etc)) MOO

What were the 'good parents' doing up until 10 pm ish that they couldn't make a few calls or simply WALK AROUND the park looking for Jenise? Really? She was gone ALL DAY. SMH

I am wondering if ''impairment'' is the root cause of all of this ((failure to contact LE for example)) CYA

I wondered about that two. Like, were there several neighbors who reported seeing her wandering about during that 4 hour time frame?

I do discount the idea, though, that the parents counted that as a "check in". They hadn't seen her since 10 p.m. Saturday night and had no "check ins" until about 8:30 when they finally were moved to some kind of action.

If her size is accurate, she is a very tiny girl. My four year old son is a bit taller and he's a peanut.

I agree. I think there are people who are very hesitant to call LE because it would draw attention to themselves they don't want. For other reasons than the missing child.

I wonder when her last well child visit was...she would need a physical to enter school. Did she go to kindergarten last year or is it not mandatory in WA?

I don't think the size is accurate. I would suspect she's the size of a 6 year old. She was 6, and already had a full set of adult teeth, which is advanced for that age. Many kids are just then losing their bottom teeth - she has adult teeth on her uppers. She's not the size of a 3 year old, IMHO.

Omg! I'm watching it too! I want to rip the B's face off for hurting that innocent baby! I have a 3 month old and if someone did that to her, I would be in jail for murder. Thoughts and prayers for her family, I'm so pissed at this B!

I know! These people who can do this to an innocent baby are scum. Remember nanny Louise Woodward who killed Matthew Eappen. Oh wait! First she shook him and then slammed him down putting him into a coma and he died later. She became a mother the first of this year. I hope this woman never gets the chance to have children. HOpefully, it will be 1st degree murder and not 2nd too. The drinking just puts the top on it.

But remember, even though she's only 6 years old and only three feet tall (!), she's very smart and usually checks in. SMH again.
