oh....im in tears.....i have no words....
 
I just posted an article in the "news" thread, about a search that was done for Lindsey, last weekend (I think). It's good!

Thank you all, so much, for looking for this little one. Still.
It just breaks my heart that she is gone.
 
coastal, that was actually an article from August when LRC was out here to help set up the search center.

Not sure why the News Tribune is saying it's new.
 
Just can't help but wonder at it happening just days after arresting someone in the King case....I hope there is justice for Amber....I pray for her friends and family during this sad time. I pray for us all, this is truly sad we hold out hope for the best and all to often this is the end result. We need tougher laws for these monsters we need something that makes them think twice about touching our children. Especially if they have any priors I don't care how minor (and I don't feel any of them are minor ever!)

I have been reading up on SAR tracking and there is a difference in techniques. This Virginia team really nailed it. This SAR team tracked Amber into the Palo Reservation but LE ignored it and lied to the media - saying they didn't find anything. Amber's family is really distraunt about LE incompetance and lies. If you want to find Lindsey, you have to ask the tough questions, how good was the SAR team that searched for Lindsey?

I heard this afternoon when I got home from work that they were at LN's house going through and serching inside and outside the home. The home where LB was swimmimg the day she went missing and from there they went down to KK's house and are searching inside and outside the home. Pray that they find some kind of clue as to her wherabouts.
 
We are wondering in the Amber Dubois thread if Gardner could also be responsible for the abduction of Lindsey.

Lindsey assisted at MM's Dollar Store in Elma.
MM owns a house in Elma with a connection on the Grays Harbor parcel info. to a Lacey,WA address.
This Lacey,WA address was owned by Colin Mercer, a city of McCleary building inspector.
CM and his wife Christiane Rush-Mercer own Sportstech Company.
Sportstech is listed at 351 S. Birch in McCleary.
Google maps shows 351 S. Birch and Lindsey's house on Mommsen almost touching backyards.
Grays Harbor assessor shows 351 S. Birch as belonging to a Thomas Rush, a McCleary School District official.
Thomas Rush bought a house in 2008 in Lacey,WA according to Thurston County assessor.
Probably a coincidence though, like the "six degrees of Kevin Bacon" sort of way.

That indicates not everyone is ruled out as a potential suspect ... and they began with the then-B property and vehicle. Now the N and K properties.

Let's hope they find *something*. A black slip-on shoe. A footprint in dried mud. A map leading to LB.

I find this disturbing, though. *Complete* searches should have been implemented during the early days. If the FBI team feels it now is necessary to search again ... 6 months after previous searches ... I read that as they believe the early searches were not 'complete', i.e.: 'this is Neighbor Joe, no need to search too thoroughly here, he's a nice guy'. Early postings hinted at such possible shenanigans in McCleary.

I always think back to Jennifer Lundsford ... if thorough searches had been performed during the first days they would have entered and fully searched the neighbor's dwelling (trailer home) *that housed a known SO* (John Couey). He was not the owner, just a sometimes-guest. LE interviewed that SO while standing at the front door. LE did not search the entire house at that time.

That SO had kept JL alive for a short period (1-2 days) ... she was alive but drugged, drunk, passed/knocked out or otherwise restrained in one of the bedrooms. The owners of the dwelling were eventually released and none were held accountable for their role as it could not be proven they knew Couey was hiding a 9 yr old in his bedroom.

JL might have been found alive in that dwelling but instead, LE eventually located her buried in a shallow pit, in a plastic trash bag through which she had poked holes in an attempt to escape the earthen tomb. Her tiny fingers were still poked through the holes when they found her body.

The pit was immediately next to the dwelling.

In the JL case LE did not put forth full effort to the search. JL was buried while still alive.

Sorry ... just venting.

Thanks for this information. John Albert Gardner (JAG) is a licensed electrician in the state of California. When I heard he may be involved with beautiful Amber's murder, the first thing I asked on the forum is if he ever lived in Washington State. As more comes to light about Johnny (some of his records are under Johnny), he has different mo's and frequently moved from county to county to avoid detection, changed looks, vehicles, and mo.

Looks like JAG had some business with the courts in Spokane as recent as 2006, but how about 2009? He's a parasite, living off different relatives and I wonder if he may have some relatives in Washington. MOO MHO

This can't be the same man. JAG was in jail in California for assault from 2000-2006. If he's 30 now, he would have been 10 in 1990.

Correction: apparently released in 2005. But still overlaps with one of those dates.
 
Hopefully LE takes LB tips more serious than San Diego...

SAN DIEGO , March 1 /PRNewswire/ -- IntegraScan.com, a background check company, contacted the San Diego County Sheriff's Department this morning, March 1, 2010, regarding the Chelsea King and John Albert Gardner III case with valuable information on the current address of John Gardner III, but were denied the opportunity to provide this information to detectives working the case.

After hearing about Chelsea King's disappearance February 25th and the arrest of the sex offender, John Gardner III on Sunday (http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lan...appearance-her-whereabouts-still-unknown.html), IntegraScan performed a search of their system for information on Gardner. The San Diego County Sheriff William Gore reported to the Associated Press that they arrested John Gardner III of Lake Elsinore, California. Lake Elsinore is located 75 miles north of where Chelsea King disappeared. However, the address the IntegraScan database has Gardner living at is in Escondido, California, a mere eight miles from the Rancho Bernardo Community Park where Chelsea King was jogging and disappeared.

When IntegraScan called the San Diego County Sheriff's Department to report Gardner's real address, they were denied the opportunity to speak with a detective by the operator. After questioning the operator about whether or not they were still searching for Chelsea King, the operator confirmed that they were, but that it was not possible to speak to a detective regarding the case. This press release is a plea to the Sheriff to please contact us. We will gladly provide you with the information we have.

In addition, IntegraScan has a full address history on Gardner dating back to 2000, as well as four photos, while the Office of the Attorney General only has one photo and the incorrect address for Gardner. The address history that IntegraScan has also shows that Gardner actually lived in Rancho Bernardo in 2000, which suggests that he is very familiar with the Rancho Bernardo Community Park and area.

The San Diego Sheriff's Department has stated that they have valuable evidence linking Gardner to the case, but we feel they are looking in the wrong location for Chelsea King. It is highly likely that additional evidence, and perhaps Chelsea King, could be located at this current address.

Lindsey's mom was on JVM tonight by phone. Believe she's alive, still going with "no news is good news", LE is active and working hard, some leads.

JVM said they would help keep her daughter's case alive.

Very short, was during the Amber Dubois piece.
 
There is a large factory just north of W Simpson at 6th St (intersects Maple). Is there anyone familiar with the investigation if LE interviewed the workers of the plant that night? Night shift? Reviewed time cards. It is unfortunate, but these places are rift with ex-cons, non-locals, illegal aliens. Any info would be great.
 
Would this be a place for kid's to go for a bike repair ?.......Maybe get a ride to the gas station ?...
