Just published, not a whole lot more info:

Nadia Cole appeared in court on Friday, September 6 and entered a "not guilty" plea in response to international kidnapping charges against her.

According to documents from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, Cole will not be held in jail and will be released on conditions.

Wow. Talk about lack of attention to detail!!!!

• Is she in custody or not?
• Why are there no photos?
• She is allowed to roam free? STILL?
• Did mom of the child S file a restraining order against Nadia too?

I hope so. I don't trust she won't show up and try something!
Washington is notorious for keeping things like that close to the vest and not saying. While it is frustrating, I have seen first hand the benefit in the long run. It can be so hard to even find out what someones charges are, depending on the county. Each county website is totally different from each other.
I can find out more details in Clark, Grays Harbor, and Thurston counties than I can any others

one thing I am pretty confident of: She will not be placing herself anywhere near Seraya. I feel strongly she has had her "holy crap, what did I do??!" moment.

This is federal court, not state. Same thing though, it’s very hard to find information.

I think this being a federal case, not in the county courts, makes things even tighter.

This annoys me to NO end. Infuriating.

MY GUESS: The "conditions" likely being... Surrender your passport? Don't leave Washington State?

Otherwise, she roams free. HUH. Interesting

Here are the actual texts of the Indictment for all three defendants and Charges and Penalties for Nadia. I don't think these have been posted in whole yet, sorry for repeating, if they have been posted already.

Nadia's attorney represented Marquise Tolbert who was charged with murder and six counts of assault stemming from a shooting in Seattle. One of the six injured was a 9-year-old child.

He was found not guilty.

Her last name is spelled incorrectly in the first article. It should be Gause.

Wow. Interesting research!

What an expensive little love affair. Mommy and Daddy will be paying waaay more than the cost of that paltry engagement ring for the cost of their daughter's attorney. But nothing but the best for this future legal eagle.

What does "protective order" mean on dates 9/12 and 9/13?

Also, does 9/9 mean that the grandfather (father to AA), is detained in jail?

Aha. So after fleeing the airport, NC met up with AA in Tacoma. Then they drove to Mexico in the Cadillac.

It looks possible get from the Seattle airport to Tacoma on public transportation. I'm now wondering if LE knew that NC went to Tacoma, which is why the public plea to find "missing" NC really didn't last beyond the initial plea from her father? LE knew where she went when she ditched her parents. IIRC, the spotting of the car entering Mexico came fairly quickly, though LE didn't confirm who was in it.

Except she was seen downtown near the waterfront after she left the airport. If that was in fact her, she must have made some sort of plan for transportation from there to Tacoma. It makes me wonder if she walked down to Alaskan way & caught a cab down there to take her to Tacoma. Tons of cabs along the waterfront so that would make sense.

Yeah, I consider a cab "public transport" too. What I'm getting at is, I think LE knew she went to Tacoma even though we didn't know.

Well, IANAL but it reads to me as though they are seeking to prevent disclosure of discovery with "PII" which I assume means personal identification information. At least that's what Google says, lol.

AFAIK, both Aung's are still detained while Nadia has been set free...perhaps still recovering from her ordeal in a "secure private location." MOO
