With her desire for control, I do wonder if she threatened her brother or any other friends or relatives. Maybe Sky has been missing awhile and she threatened anyone to not speak up. Also, she could have paid someone off to keep quiet and/or claim they saw him recently. She may have been lucky and got some money off a sugar daddy to assist in that.

I answered my own question from upthread, the photos from the day in question by Solomon are dated by the Powershot June 15, 2011. Guess he didn't go home with Grandpa after all back in April.

Can I ask where you found this? I had thought I had seen it before too, but then couldn't find it again. . .thanks to all the messing around with the account. :furious:

That is definitely Sky. The eyebrows are darker than M's. Also, his one leg, the one facing us on the right, it hangs down much higher than M's does in the flikr photo which shows up on the first page of the link I just provided, when she is in the stroller with Sky. She's too tall for her legs not to be hanging down lower, IMO.

Also the original photo from flickr is much clearer than the fuzzy one from the news and it's clearly Sky.

I wonder if this is a sighting of her being in the area or a place she hung out when she was in high school. I wonder if she was a loner in High school we have yet to hear of anyone who went to school with her...have we? MOO

Short description of problem:

http://juliabiryukova.blogspot.com/ -- This is my blogger account. I set it up a while ago for personal reasons. Not for the public. I never knew how to make it private. I only needed this audio post for a moment to exchange. And I could not e-mail an audio file this large so a friend suggested I quickly create a blog and e-mail the link to the blog. I don't need this blog anymore. And especially I do not want it public. It was not meant for the public. I created this blog long ago with one sole purpose to be able to e-mail a large audio file. I do not remember the e-mail address I created to set up this blog. I think it asked me to create a yahoo or a google e-mail account. I don't remember. I use MSN. And I created an e-mail account with the sole purpose to quickly set up this blog. Please help me find what e-mail address I created to set up this blog.

I'm bumping this again because I find it fascinating and I want to know what everyone thinks.

If correct, it shows that Julia, a few days ago, and 7 days after her son was reported missing, was busy trying to publicly justify why she published a blog containing audio of custody exchanges during which her daughter is heard wailing and she, some feel, is attempting to make her child hysterical.

She's not taking LDT's, she's not sitting for interviews with LE. She's not pleading on the news for her son. She's not handing out flyers or searching parks. She's not curled up in a ball, distraught and freaking out.

No, instead, she is updating her flikr account and trying to explain away why she published a blog containing recordings of traumatic custody exchanges.

LE has stated their investigation has taken them around the world and all over the country. Yet, they have no reason to believe Sky is not right in their backyard. Which means, they obviously do not believe he was taken out of the jurisdiction to hide him.

So, unless someone is hiding a live Sky very close to home and unless Julia has an extremely good reason why she would hide her son and not the daughter who she claims her husband molested, Sky is surely dead or has been kidnapped.

Yet she is calm enough to worry about flikr and her blog spot - too upset to sit for LDT, mind you, according to her attorney - not upset enough not to upload photos and comment about her blog spot. What the heck?

Definitely appears to be Sky in the gray/white striped outfit, however, it's interesting his sister doesn't appear to be that much taller than he is, although he looks more heavy-set.

Look, you're asking for help accessing your account. So ask for help getting access to your account. Yet, we need to explain everything, justify everything. (ETA) This is so much like the ridiculously large portions of food and other things. She's so sick she can't even hide it.

Julia keeps confirming what many of us believe. To the letter.

While I believe that all the photos we've seen are of Sky I however have felt for quite some time now that Sky was long gone before the mediation.. I even believe it's very likely to have been before 10/23.. This is not sourced as a family or friend but rather just someone who lives in the same apt complex that they recall seeing Sky on 10/23(anyone guess on why that specific date).. My thoughts were even further confirmed with Julia's latest upload of pix on 11/17 as if trying to prove she has recent pix of him.. Still tho we see no pix past summer 2011.. There is nothing whatsoever marking Solomon's 2nd birthday in September 2011, but we clearly have MM's most recent 4th birthday party documented.. This to me has me really fearing Sky has been gone quite a while..

I would really like to know when is the last time grandma and brother, Shelby, or Grandma Sue last saw Sky?? I feel that date will be much closer to when Sky actually disappeared..

Tonite when SM voiced his concerns over this same thought I've had for quite some time I had to say something myself.. Moo..moo..

Guys, WHAT THE HECK? hardly anyone is talking about this. Did Julia or did she not post this on November 13, 2011, when she is supposed to be "so upset" according to her brother and "devastated" according to her attorney. Obviously, if she did just post this, she is reading here or somewhere else and has read the criticism of her publishing audio of an exchange in which she is alienating M. And that is what she concerned about? Public perception and criticism about a blog spot?

There are NO photos (aside from the last upload which was obviously a faux date) of either of the children uploaded after ... June 15th, is it? Can anyone find a pic that looks like it's legitimately from after June 15th?

I wonder when she stopped bringing them into daycare?

I wonder if something happened to Sky because she stopped bringing them to daycare .... or she stopped bringing them to daycare because something happened to Sky... Chicken, egg....?

I believe it is about her image she set up for herself. Her photo's tell a story she wanted everyone to read. She added to it to prove something to us...I think that she wanted us to see she was not closed up inside like what was being said, most of the new ones were outside (someone else brought this up) .
The audio she may have truly not known was public. She did have to ask on Flickr how to make photo's private. When she found out from media it was public she wanted it off. It made her look bad, in her eyes..even though she posted it. She thought it was private, maybe it was for a friend to hear and not the court? or maybe it was only intended for the court and it backfired on her when the public heard it.

Her not talking, pleading doing anything possible to bring Sky home makes me believe she knows where he is. No reason to plea, talk, go look, put up fliers...she knows.

If LE got those recent photos from Julia's phone, they would have the date. It's probably close to Oct. 23rd. I agree with you, smooth operator, and others who have posted that he's been missing since around that date and LE knows it.
