It was previously confirmed by LE that approx. 2 gallons of gas were in the car.

11/02/2011 at approx. 9:00 a.m.: Search of Marymoor Park in Redmond with police/SAR/horses and a dive crew. Investigators decline to say what led them to the park. (I noted that Marymoor is not very far from where Sky was left in the car at Target).

Review of thread #6 - Part II

The last presser, the lead investigator makes a mention that JB alluded to admitting to leaving the kids alone for mediation (which was 11+ hours).

Johnson said Biryukova acknowledged having a history of leaving the children home alone for extended periods of time. Police know whether she did so during the lengthy mediation – but they won't release that information, Johnson said.

About the canvassing in Redmond—we're looking to find info about seeing Julia and the kids the morning of the 6th.

We are certainly considering charging Julia with a crime, but we haven't made that decision strategically today.
What I would like to say to Julia is irrelevant. But we want to talk to Julia to further our investigation.

What I learned from Thread #8:

The mods snipped out all the photos from JB’s flickr account in Thread #7. Oh, what I wouldn’t pay to have a glimpse of those photos again!

Did JB take out an insurance policy on Sky? I’d never considered this before but she’s definitely strapped for cash. She can't cash in on it if he's simply missing, but it's an interesting point to consider.

LE has in their hands a list of log-in information and messages to and from JB’s sugar daddy profile. The account was accessed October 26th and on November 14th from a Seattle-area IP address.

JB may have a connection to Scottsdale, AZ. It could be via the sugar daddy website or it could be some other way. JB had said to SM that she would drop her allegations against him if he’d let her take the kids to Scottsdale. I suspect Sky was already missing at this point and this was the beginning of JB trying to stage an alibi. But, what’s the Scottsdale connection??

The dates on JB’s flickr account were modified (purpose unknown). Is there more on this in the previous thread?

A huge discussion on mental illness ensued in this thread, not much of which is relevant to LE other than perhaps the notion that JB might have been misdiagnosed when she was diagnosed with “Bipolar disorder, Depression, and OCD” -- the BPD accounts for the depression, so that makes no sense. And, I surmised that JB does not have BPD or Depression but, rather, a personality disorder (likely Antisocial Personality Disorder, although some surmised Borderline Personality Disorder) that craftily masquerades as BPD or Depression to the clinicians who treated and diagnosed JB (persons with personality disorders are famous for fooling clinicians into misdiagnosing them with a mood disorder like Depression or BPD instead of a personality disorder). Perhaps this would be helpful info for LE, although I suspect they are already aware of it since they often deal with people with personality disorders.

Posters seemed to be in agreement that JB emigrated to the U.S. when she was 12 years old.

Sorry to quote myself, but here's a map from their foreclosed on home to Eastgate park. Look how close Eastgate is to Mercer slough. I've always thought JB would try to distance herself from Sky's location so she wouldn't have to be near the dirty and ugly places (ala Billie Dunn), but also close enough to Solomon to have a major creep factor to punish him. Does anyone recall where Solomon is living now? Is it close to Eastgate Park?

I know you can designate your FB profile to NOT show in search results. Mine is set that way. I found SB's page:

Is there a way to set up your FB profile so that it doesn't show up in a person's friends list? Or, is this an indicator that SB may have shifted his alliance from JB?

I don't know if that is possible. If it is, I haven't found out how. And, I try to keep my settings at the highest privacy level allowed. I would love to do this, if it can be done, bc I primarily use FB as a way to keep long-distance relatives updated with photos of my daughter.

One thing I did think was that she may be using a fake name online. In fact, I think that is very, very likely. You don't go from the online presence sand had pre November, to nothing. And how is she occupying her time? I am sure her rituals and compulsions are extremely intense, but there have to be times when she is not performing them, IMO. I feel very strongly that she is housebound, either with her brother or mother and is participating in some online forum.

That's for her Flickr, not the Blogger account that hosts the audios. 2 different accounts.

Flickr were for her pictures, and she only wanted a portion of them blocked from "a friend." They were all eventually made private, but I forget which date.

Mld5557 sent me the info from Thread #7. I'm hoping it gets posted here, too. But, consider that thread done in the meantime.

Here's what I have from Thread #16:

Places to search: 1-mile radius around area of JB/SM’s former home. SM’s new place of residence. SM’s store. Places that might implicate SM in Sky’s death because JB is vindictive and might have gone that route. JB would have had to pass Cedar Lawns Memorial Cemetery on the drive from the Sterling Savings Bank to the Ross Dress for Less. This might be a good place to search -- it has some heavy shrubbery and wooded areas. It is also on a bus line that JB could have accessed. Many posters believed the landfill needs to be searched.

The neighbor sighting of Sky two weeks before his disappearance on November 6th is now being viewed as not very reliable (according to SM and CT in a WS radio broadcast). This would mean that the last absolutely verifiable sighting of Sky from what WS knows would be June 15th (the day of the haircut).

It was noted by Jash on 1/20/2012 that SB was still FB friends with JB. So, we know that something changed between that date and today when we either can’t see him in her friends list....or he’s removed himself from her friends list.

There was a possible (unverified) cadaver dog hit in JB’s apartment.

A lot of discussion around why LE is not charging JB with neglect of M since there would not be any risk of double jeopardy there.

Discussion about the “Sink Photos” and many posters believed those were the last photos taken of Sky and that it was likely around June 15th. Although watermelon is not a seasonal fruit anymore, it’s still rather likely he was eating watermelon in the summer, which would corroborate the June date. Discussion about how these photos look staged. I wonder if these photos were taken using JB’s cell phone since they are low-quality res.

It might be a good idea to note in the missing posters that Sky may have been malnourished/underweight prior to his disappearance. If M was, then it is very likely Sky was too and would not appear as he does in photos.

Have the computers in the Community Business Center at Veloce Apartments been searched? JB may have used those public-access computers. One poster believed LE has already seized those computers but I think it’s worth sending in the tip just to be sure.

In terms of verifying the neighbor sighting of M and Sky: did M appear underweight when the neighbor saw them? Surely she didn’t lose all that weight in 2 weeks. This would help verify the neighbor’s sighting.

Questions about if JB might have sold Sky to alleviate her dire financial state.

Discussion about whether or not SM could sue the commissioner, DCF, the doctors who diagnosed JB, or the court system for failing to protect M and Sky.

It was determined, based on the haircut photo, that Sky was not kidnapped by his grandfather and taken to the Ukraine because that visit was prior to June 15th. A general consensus that Sky has not left the country.

Discussion of when Sky likely ACTUALLY went missing. One poster believed shortly after the June 15th haircut photo because there are no more photos after that -- not even of Sky’s birthday. Another explanation for this is that JB was so wrapped up in her mental illness/OCD behaviors she did not have the time to take photos of the kids. Another explanation is that she would not want to take photos of kids who were wasting away. A third possibility is that JB did not have access to a camera (SM had kept their camera after the separation and at least 2 different cameras were used in the bulk of the flickr photos so JB was likely borrowing cameras from friends). Other posters believed Sky went missing in mid or late October. I believe Sky went missing Oct 21-23.

ETA: I will also be forwarding two timelines to LE, including the one that shows JB posting on FB in times of high stress.
