IMO Lyle is very good looking and seems to have taken care of himself - which why it is so strange no one knows who he is. I'm betting he was Canadian. Might be why we are having problems finding him.

I noticed there was a lot of discussion on reddit along with more official police photos of Lyle in the room it gives you a little more insight on what he looks like also there was a discussion on the thread of a guy named Steven that wrote to a now defunct website about the exact way he (lyle) committed suicide..just a couple of days before they found Lyle.. I can post the link if its ok with websleuths rules.. its very interesting..

I also came across this guy there is not much information But he was reported missing in October of 2001 but it does not say if that is when he actually went missing

The missing youth was identified as Kenny Thornhill. Thornhill is described as being Caucasian, being 6-feet-1 in height, weighing about 125 pounds and having short blond hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Officer Peter Kualii of the Juvenile aid Section at 961-2373 or the police non-emergency number at 935-3311.

He could literally be anyone. The isotope testing has narrowed the area down considerably.

Yes that was the link.. I forgot to include it duh! Thank you Babyslims!... yes I included it because that is the day he was reported missing.. but in some cases I have seen that the dates when they are reported missing don't match up to when they actually go Missing and since I could not find any other information at all on this guy I decided to put him on the list.. ..at this point Lyle could be anybody!..

Wow... I never realised how thin he was Sorry to be behind on a couple of things, but he looks like he was ill? (Just based on his weight)

Also... I know this has been bought up but seeing the photos... that's got to be a very difficult way to kill yourself?... That just doesn't look like suicide to me? (Just based on the photos - not anything else we know)

I'm not seeing enough a similarity and the missing man was believed to have been seen in 2006.
