The sheriff says Billie and Shawn met up on Saturday. Perhaps, they also met up on Sunday, too.

Billie is not afraid of Shawn---IMO, she knows SA may not have placed those unsent so-called threats to Billie on his cellphone notepad.

However, I do believe that Billie will be afraid of Shawn once he is arrested (Spill, SA, Spill.).

I was thinking along the same lines too SuziQ. Sounds like they were hunting someone down and/or making threats which is why the homeowner decided to call the police.

Hopefully someone can correct me, but I am thinking that so far, Billie has not lied about anything that can be proven a lie. She has changed details of things, has claimed LE has lied, or told her things that so far we cannot prove, she has lied by omission, perhaps...but I am starting to think she is smarter than me, and that bothers me.

Surely I am missing something...a lie that has been proven to be a lie? And not from the affadavit, as we don't know if any of that was taped so it isn't really "proof" as yet. I am thinking she is a pretty sly, crafty character.

I don't think it was a drug dealer that they were visiting because drug dealers don't liked to call the cops to their door. Saying the were ' looking for' someone does sound kind of threatening. Maybe that somebody ratted them out OR has something they want, or something they had hidden previously. But it sounded like the person called the cops for
their own protection, imo.

That IDK, but she was in jail, they had served a search warrant for his "body", and I'm sure he was paranoid about everything at that point. I can't imagine him going back that night to get whatever was hid.

I don't believe that she's stupid at all. I think she is quite clever in thinking up new and better lies and strategies for getting around the truth.

I didn't mean that she was stupid just her actions were stupid. I should have worded that differently I just realized that came off as bashing sort of and did not mean for it to come off that way.

I am SOOO torn about it. I don't know if she is being controlled or just plain stupid about everything! I mean right now I lean more towards pathological liar and know what happened to Hailey. I admit I am torn though! This case is SOOO confusing. I mean I don't know if she is being controlled or what. Well that is what i am saying. If they were trying to keep her away from him and safe like concerned about that i don't think she'd be a POI or on their watch list if she was being controlled and abused by him. I could be wrong though.

She went to jail on Thurs. Got out on Fri. Called the press to let them know she had a "protective order" against Adkins Fri. afternoon. When called on the protective order - she changes it to No Tresspass order, again Friday afternoon. By Satuday night, the Sheriff knows that BD and SA are keeping company. Unbelievable!

So.... is it because BD loves him so much, she just can't stay away from SA or does SA really have something on BD and threatens to use it against her if she doesn't do what he says?

For a woman with street smarts, it sure doesn't look like her brain is working. If SA threatened her physically, all she had to do was call LE. LE would have been on it in a hot minute. So.... that can't be the issue, right?

If BD just finds SA so attractive she can't stay away, she wouldn't call LE.

Or if SA said "meet me or I will call LE" she probably didn't have much choice then either.

IMO love ain't got a thing to do with what's presently going on between SA and BD..At this point I sense desperation..Someone upthread said she's just digging herself deeper and deeper..but IMO she's attempting the total opposite..scratching..clawing trying anyway she possibly can to dig her way out of the mess that she's in..

IMO her not being able to separate from SA for even a day or two means IMO they both are in it and Billie sees that dirt is being shoveled fast and quickly at this time coming full force down on their heads..it's just like PH said on his show Billie is gonna scrape and scratch and crawl to the bitter end...jmo tho!

Monday, 2:15 p.m. Update:
According to the Snyder Daily News, an entry on the blotter at the Scurry County Law Enforcement Center Sunday afternoon stated a woman called and asked to speak to an officer on the telephone in reference to both Dunn and Adkins being together at the caller’s residence looking for someone.
The officer responding stated there was not a vehicle at the location and no contact was made.

ETA: BD and SA would know who ratted on them.

I wonder if they were looking for DD? If they wanted to run they might try and take him along. Or maybe Billie wanted to talk to him 'a little bit.'
