One can never know for sure. But it likely did not include killing him in the shower.

Her original plan may have been to kill him immediately upon arrival, but since she had an emotional attachment to him, she hesitated/had second thoughts and the mission did not go as planned. But she was re-triggered at some point after the sex, and so to clean up this mistake, she lured him into the shower under the ruse of a photoshoot for Calvin Klein. Waited and took pictures (to maintain the ruse) until she was satisfied that he had washed off her DNA from the prior sexual encounters, and then she attacked.

IMO, other women were not deemed a threat to Jodi. She comes across as seeing them as controllable. Jodi confronted Bianca and the drunk friend of Travis'. The women were pawns in (covertly) controlling the men.

Jodi wanted what everyone else had, but she didn't want to put in the hard work it took to achieve it. Travis knew EVERYthing. He was about to blow the lid off it. Jodi was overtly UNinvited from the PPL social circle. Playing at being a Mormon was very transparent too.

That is one scary thought...her humming while walking through that scene. I do hope she never gets the chance to do anything like this again. Next time she would be better at cover up and not getting caught.

That is my concern. If released, she will do it again. She has no soul. She has no morals. She is manipulative..Life for her will always be about Jodi..."What can you do for me".
I sincerely hope the Jurors consider this..After following the trial, and what I have learned about JA, I believe she will commit murder again..Who knows, she may get away with the next killing... IMO

I'm thinking you may be right and here's an example. Granted not a very good one but ...
On HLN's After Dark show, not that I watch it but heard the outcome, the question was: Would Jodi Arias be a danger to society if released (or something similar). Out of 12 people, all said Guilty except 2 men. My mouth dropped open hearing that because of all people, after JA just horribly sliced up and shot a man, those 2 men thought her not to be dangerous. WOW.

A percentage of men will always see the potential in a pornstar of Arias's caliber lol

A) Jodi's initial alibi was to pretend she was never there, so all she had to get rid of was the gun and the knife
B) Jodi had to be out of there before she was seen. See A above.
C) Jodi is not all that bright, and she doesn't work for Servpro. See B above.

Was Willmot expecting the whole bathroom to be spotless? Unless Jodi wanted to make it look like Travis "disappeared", she'd have no reason to do a total cleanup. Just the DNA on his body is what concerned her, and that's why it was dragged back to the shower stall and cleaned with a cup of water.

I think the only reason JA kept her clothes on with her next beau was to hide other injuries sustained in the murder. JMHO

No reason to take more pictures.

I think Ryan was "just" an alibi.
I doubt she ever planned to see him again, cause ya know if she did,
she would have made 4 trips there before she was arrested!

Even the people at the PPL thing said it was odd that she didn't have her camera with her in Utah.

She was at a ppl event and had receipts for the area that coincided. Heck, she was stopped by the police for the upside down plate. No need to document. And, Ryan Burns admitted that she was there on top of all that- although, yes she might have anticipated that he would lie.

I think a lot of things didn't go as planned though. If her original plan was to use her own camera, there was no need to get information on if the camera would survive the washer or not---she naturally would have taken her own camera with her. Things changed though and his camera was used for whatever reason.

On this note, I have boys. They were systematically ruining everything I had several years ago so I went to Radio Shack and bought an 'Indestructible Keyboard'.

The label said that you could do nearly anything to this keyboard and it would survive.

These researchers should have come to my house and set up a lab. We had that 'indestructible keyboard' exactly 3 days. Then one of my boys decided to TEST it and used SCISSORS to cut all the keys off. Apparently Radio Shack hadn't thought of that tactic.

My POINT here is that she easily could have separated the memory card from the camera and smashed the card with a hammer. Done deal. Toss it out in the desert no one would be the wiser.

Throw it in the garbage at a Walmart. Done deal.

Got it. Thanks for clarifying. Yes, I agree, if that's what happened she wouldn't have any reason to know about washing cameras and memory cards.

If she wanted the evidence gone for good, she would have disposed of the camera, whether it be hers or his, along with the gun and knife---not thrown it in the washing machine.

Not to bring up another case here on Websleuths, but I must....... the Laci Peterson case, when the husband was confronted by LE of the infamous photo of him and his paramour, the photo from the Xmas party, he said something to the effect, "That's not me." ....................

I'm not sure about TA's specific camera, but most do not use proprietary storage cards. The SD card found in the washing machine was a standard SD card. The photos that were on the card (both those that Travis had taken before Jodi's visit and the deleted images that were taken on June 4 and recovered later) were all taken with Travis' camera. The computer forensic detective (Melendez from Mesa PD) testified that the EXIF metadata in these images matched the specs of Travis' camera.

BPD's typically harm themselves, not others. So if Dr. Demarte is correct, Jodi really doesn't pose a threat to anyone except, maybe, a possible future intimate partner. Hopefully they'd check her reviews and pass. jmo
