Because of the cuts from the glass, the piece of metal and the apple incident? :twocents:
Nope. the feral cats.
Because of the cuts from the glass, the piece of metal and the apple incident? :twocents:
what was her plan, in your opinion?
That is one scary thought...her humming while walking through that scene. I do hope she never gets the chance to do anything like this again. Next time she would be better at cover up and not getting caught.
I'm thinking you may be right and here's an example. Granted not a very good one but ...
On HLN's After Dark show, not that I watch it but heard the outcome, the question was: Would Jodi Arias be a danger to society if released (or something similar). Out of 12 people, all said Guilty except 2 men. My mouth dropped open hearing that because of all people, after JA just horribly sliced up and shot a man, those 2 men thought her not to be dangerous. WOW.
Re: JW's insistance that if Jodi had planned the murder she would have done a better job of cleaning up....
A) Jodi's initial alibi was to pretend she was never there, so all she had to get rid of was the gun and the knife
B) Jodi had to be out of there before she was seen. See A above.
C) Jodi is not all that bright, and she doesn't work for Servpro. See B above.
Why JA didn't take pictures of her with whoever she was dry-humping right after she just murdered Travis? That might not look too good in front of a jury, would it? OK, that's my guess and solely MOO.
It was her photo card in TA's camera? Where they interchangeable?
I think I read they were not the same size?It was her photo card in TA's camera? Where they interchangeable?

:dunno:
She had wounds on her hands?
* just a guess
but she could crop her hands out -
I can't figure out why she wouldn't document her alibi
in photographs.
Sure sounds like she didn't strip nude for Ryan.
She didn't stay long.
it is odd.
I think a lot of things didn't go as planned though. If her original plan was to use her own camera, there was no need to get information on if the camera would survive the washer or not---she naturally would have taken her own camera with her. Things changed though and his camera was used for whatever reason.
One can never know for sure. But it likely did not include killing him in the shower.
Her original plan may have been to kill him immediately upon arrival, but since she had an emotional attachment to him, she hesitated/had second thoughts and the mission did not go as planned. But she was re-triggered at some point after the sex, and so to clean up this mistake, she lured him into the shower under the ruse of a photoshoot for Calvin Klein. Waited and took pictures (to maintain the ruse) until she was satisfied that he had washed off her DNA from the prior sexual encounters, and then she attacked.
That is my concern. If released, she will do it again. She has no soul. She has no morals. She is manipulative..Life for her will always be about Jodi..."What can you do for me".
I sincerely hope the Jurors consider this..After following the trial, and what I have learned about JA, I believe she will commit murder again..Who knows, she may get away with the next killing... IMO
Why would it matter whose camera it was to want the evidence gone?
If she wanted the evidence gone for good, she would have disposed of the camera, whether it be hers or his, along with the gun and knife---not thrown it in the washing machine.
She had things carefully planned out and premeditated but I can't believe throwing the camera in the washing machine was a part of her plan.
Not to bring up another case here on Websleuths, but I must....... the Laci Peterson case, when the husband was confronted by LE of the infamous photo of him and his paramour, the photo from the Xmas party, he said something to the effect, "That's not me." ....................
Seems an MO of this personality type. :slap:
just sayin'
fran
It was her photo card in TA's camera? Where they interchangeable?
I hope and pray that Dr. D drove that home with these jurors - It is her "personality" - or lack thereof. IMO, if these jurors let her free, she will kill again, because there is no treatment or pills to "fix" her personality disorder.
Agree. So why was the camera in the washing machine?
