I'm not disagreeing with you at all about Casey holding something over their head because imo she was, definitely. The statement she made about not saying anything either. However, for me it really is as simple as Caylee was what she had to hold over her parents head(are you a grandmother with a daughter similar to Casey?) and not saying anything was referring to her keeping her yap shut and not further incriminating herself. I still think the A's submissive behavior was due to knowing Casey so well and they knew she'd threaten to just not speak to them as she eventually did do. In one jailhouse video she made the threat when she didn't like the questions so they kissed her behind real quick. An accepted way of life for these people. How bad it had gotten even SP told LE. If GA tried to intervene it looks like she had no problem getting CA to kick him out. MH verified the tactics Casey used on her parents. I guess I could go on and since there are countless instances so I'll stop there. Casey is a drama queen as it is and now wants to be playing the role of victim so....

You're more than likely right and thank the lord I'm not involved with someone like this. It's just been incredible watching this unfold and I thought there must be more. Just plain evilness is the answer and like others are saying they are planning an accident theory.

I believe ICA might forego a jury and have His Honor be the jury...I think after hearing how he was protecting ICA's rights, she has trust in him...JMHO

In the murder trial I testified at, the defendant went for this option; no jury and let the judge decide (because the judge liked the defendant).

I'm really thinking they are pulling for a mistrial over the jury/media insatuation....I have seen that video of HHJP to many times as of late where he covered that one case where someone was set free due to not being able to get a jury.....upon that cm started to rub ica back and she alerted....to me it is that jury pool and what they plan to do with it---if it goes much further---warm up the bus its headed full steam ahead for anthonyville.....:maddening:

I have had my AHA moment. I have been reading all the different theories AND the request by C&G to visit KC. Here goes:

I have two possible scenarios here, one weak and one that might fly. First one, George was baby sitting Caylee on the 16th because KC was still sleeping or 'working'. He was so involved in whatever show he was watching, he did not notice Caylee slip out into the back yard and she drowned in the pool. the problem with this one is explaining why KC drove around with Caylee in the trunk. Can't say George did it because people saw KC in her car.

Here is what I think the defense team will say: Caylee's death was an accident while she was in KC's care. Kc reacted as she did, driving around, dumping the body, because of abuse by George and how terrified she was at having to admit what happened to George and her overbearing mother. Now comes the reason for the new visit: during the TAPED visit, George breaks down and cries and cries and apologizes to KC for all the abuse and what this caused her to be like (we can through in every single bad behavior and lie for the last 10 years!) and begs her to forgive him. Cindy is shocked, just shocked, as she had no idea whatsoever that George was this horrible man. She too, breaks down in tears, apologizing to KC for not 'seeing' what was really going on and saying the reason she (Cindy)has been overbearing is because she has had to deal with George all these years. She can also say she too, is afraid of him and his temper and that is why she allowed him to come back home. Cindy then tells George never to darken her doorway again, so to speak. Of course the defense will argue to have this video introduced as evidence. this covers any questions of why George is still living with Cindy (she did not know how bad he was) and why George has been absent from the hearings unless he had to testify - his guilt which caused him to say that he would do anything to help his daughter.

Not sure yet how it will happen, but I do believe that the defense team will bring in the fight on the 15th between Cindy and Casey. It's going to be ugly, especially given that Cindy has denied, denied and denied it happening.

Exactly! Same reason he was so furious with K Belich. He is easily intimidated by people who know more than him. Particularly if they are women. Then you see the bully in him emerge.

Don't think that will work. First and foremost, GA was a police officer who after 10 years would have performed CPR on Caylee and told KC to call 911. Accident happen in pools and parents are not charged. And the last thing GA would have agreed to was calling LE in after 31 days.

When you think about it, the way it is described in discovery it sounds like an immature 22 year old just got tired of being a Mom. jmo

Too me, its simple. They KNOW the tape will be released and used at trial. The DT needs to get KC's story in about the abuse or whatever story the defense was trying to have admitted via the doctors. They don't want to put KC on the stand for cross examination, so this is how they plan to do it. On the video expect KC to talk about her state of mind in the 31 days. Here it is folks. If the DT goes through this mock jail visit I say ICA is doomed. If the jury had any doubt she was innocent, it would be gone in a second. A jury will weigh things, but most people don't like to be fooled and have the wool pulled over their eyes.

Who sits in jail for 3 years if it was an accident. ICA Can't say she was scared of her parents because of the jail videos proving she was the boss in this family and she called the shots. Can't say it was ugly coping because she acted exactly the same before Caylee died with all the partying and don't get me started on the video of her at blockbuster smooching away with Tony. Any human in their right mind (And Casey, according to the doctors is sane) would not have acted as if nothing happened IF there were an accident. She acted like a criminal who had the time to think things through and knew she had to act normal to cover up her crime- consciousness of guilt.

So three years sitting in prison then admitting it was an accident a week before jury selection, then Cindy & George asking softball questions to ICA. Then add in the jail letters where ICA says her lawyer promised her a mistrial. Hahahaha! I think the SA will be able to tie all of this so neatly together and show exactly how much of a SOCIOPATH Casey truly is and show how sleazy her lawyers are. Go ahead DT try to make fools of the jury and see what you get back - I dare you.

However, I just read an article this morning about two 17 year old males who got their kicks by setting a live dog on fire. It was on video tape! One juror refused to convict because she thought the 'boys' were too young to be charged with such a heinous crime. The dog suffered horribly and had to be euthanized.

Jury selection is everything and it only takes one jury to have that sort of skewed thinking.

However, I just read an article this morning about two 17 year old males who got their kicks by setting a live dog on fire. It was on video tape! One juror refused to convict because she thought the 'boys' were too young to be charged with such a heinous crime. The dog suffered horribly and had to be euthanized.

Jury selection is everything and it only takes one jury to have that sort of skewed thinking.

This three ring circus now has additional rings being added to it by not only the DT but certain media clowns and they are most likely in cahoots. IMO that is where the distress is coming from. I don't believe in any way that our views on KC's guilt are being swayed but that the DT and certain media outlets are trying to sway the audience in a different direction than ours, in a way that will get them ratings. I do doubt that they(the media) have not done a thorough job of picking through all the transcripts, depo's, time lines, evidence as the people here have...and I highly doubt that the have as much time invested in this case. The AHA moment won't be coming from the DT but from the prosecution during opening statements.

I do not anticipate this trial lasting more than 5 - 6 weeks. The defense wants you to believe they need 3 - 4 weeks for "their case". Uh huh... ok
