What one question would you ask in the case of Lisa Irwin?

Well my money is on he hasn't been on Walrond long at all. Were'nt we told that DB JI had moved in with his parents?

How could a 20 yr old have all the furnishings necessary to handle two more adults and two young children?

It is very curious to me why they moved into his tiny place and not the parents of JI. The pics I saw of the home (wherever it was ) interior was gorgeous and certainly didn't look like a 20 yr. olds' house.

I don't think I'm going to convince you but Phil Netz has a home. It's on Walround. He didn't live in the Lister basement in early October. And that based on the photos I saw that home didn't look tiny by my first apartment standards. And considering he's 20, no, he's probably not lived on Waldrond "long" by most standards. And who he rents from seems immaterial to me to this case but that's just me.

As far as Debbie Bradley's license, I know people have said it was suspended in Missouri but I've not seen a shred of proof for that claim. I also have said she could have had a license in the Carolinas or Delaware where she has lived per the KC Star article. Just because she doesn't have a driver's license in Missouri doesn't mean she doesn't have one. I lived in Kansas for 13 months but never had a Kansas driver's license.

So what, again, was the purpose of them moving out of the home on Lister?l They wanted to live with a 20 yr old while their baby is missing? Do I have that right?

....Ok, somebody just sprinkle me with fairy dust...

Where would you propose that they live? Their home was a crime scene on and off for days. Debbie's brother made his home available to them. It was conveniently located to the boys' school. Was Debbie's parents? And I thought Jeremy was initially estranged from his parents when this first happened...

So do you think the Walrund house is "tiny" or a mansion? It seems typical of the area to me. It's certainly no home in Leawood.

I think it might behoove somebody to find out about the house on Walrond. He couldn't live there by himself, imo. His addy shows Lister. What makes people think he rents this anyway? Where did that information come from?

Where does the money come from to furnish and upkeep this place? If the interior is the same on I saw on TV...it is quite nice.

While I see you are here DeAnn, what house did Gil A. go to when he visited DB/JI?

I'm sure they had their reasons for abandoning their house...and I'm sure some don't want to hear them. This whole story and excuses for all these people is getting old and needless to say, "hinky".

Tina Porter. Gil. they were at the Walround house. The media sat 24/7 on that house for several weeks.

I realize you don't think he rents that house. I realize you don't think he lives there all along. But those are the facts whether you chose to accept them or not.

And where does his addy show Lister? Driver's license? Casenet? Voter records? Property tax? Where?

When did they show the interior of the house? If you are referring to Halloween, I'm pretty sure that was not the house on Walround. I don't recall seeing any pictures inside Walround, just pictures outside of DB and JI smoking and the boys skipping up the steps and JI kicking a cat.

ETA. I'm not making excuses. I'm talking facts.

Because the house is listed as a registered rental house per kcmo city rental housing registration records. As it has been for several years. I liste all of the information upthread. Why would we think any differently? Why wouldn't he rent a rental house? The only interior shot we saw from my knowledge was one little piece of the kitchen. Totally not understanding this obsession with this house.

Gil A came to this very same house to see them. So did Tina Porter. It is where the media was camped out after they somewhat left the Lister address.

I thought he was DB's brother that is what the media reports say, so they were wrong and its JI's brother who took her to the store.....I am so confused. If it was DB's brother whats the connection between him and JI and the housing issue. Maybe they decided to stay with DB's family instead of JI's.

It was DB's brother. JI doesn't have one.

It was Debbie's brother at Festival Foods.

JI's parents complained initially that they learned about their granddaughter's disappearance from the media, not Jeremy. Based on that, I don't see the family staying Oct. 5 there. The boys were at a neighbors when their parents were at the police station until 11:30 p.m. Oct. 4. Not sure if that was Samantha Brando or not (In Da Middle may know).

Ashley Irwin was a law student. One could guess she would live near the law school, which would be nowhere near the boys' schools.

I don't know how long the boys were out of school but at some point they resumed going to classes and the fact that Phil's home was near their school(s) and that he probably had an extra bedroom or two makes total sense to me.

The assumptions are Phil lives in a gorgeous house with cheap rent because the owner doesn't need the money.

More than one cadaver dog is needed to determine validity.

DB failed a poly because she's nervous.

LE are just picking on this family.

None of these excuses explain PN living in this fancy house. Hasn't anyone wondered how in the world he did this?...and why four extra people chose to stay there with him instead of going to their parents' house when their child was missing. This house and excuse doesn't work. Either somebody else owns it and lives there related to the family or something is strangely amiss here.

I don't really see where PN is living and his living standards much to do with anything regarding this case buts that's just Moo. He could be renting the place fully furnished, I know people around my area do this (get a boarder) when they live in two places (out of province) it is easier to rent to a single person who may often have the house to themselves so when the owners return the renter does not have to relocate (they are boarders).

When vacationing i also pay a local grade 12 boy to stay and look after my house and dogs. Not the same as living here I know. However that may not be the situation here but i'm failing to see how PN pays his rent any of our business unless it is by trafficking infants. Somehow I think LE would have been all over that.

As for the family staying there well... why not? he is family and could accommodate doesn't really hit me as Hinky. If there was no relation then perhaps it would raise an eyebrow for me.

I'm curious as to why this hits you as being off. I'm serious I'm not being snarky in any way I'm just trying to see it from your viewpoint.

As for DB's brother driving her to the store to get her wine, I'm just saying I'm very tight with my brother and would do the same for him if he needed me to. I've driven over 30 minutes just to go look at a home with him that they were thinking they might like to purchase.

Whisperer, around here that would be the norm for the younger people to be out on their own where they could do their own thing without the prying eyes of their parents. Not saying anything was or wasn't going on but just saying that I had great parents and home life but was ready to get out on my own at the age of 18 and I did. I bought my first home at age 20. My children each bought their own homes without any financial assistance or co-signers when they were 19 and 20. They, like myself, had worked since the age of 16. We bought their cars and paid their insurance and they learned to save their money. It's really not unheard of around where I live in MO. As you can see the housing market is very affordable around here.

As for the furniture situation my children took their bedroom sets with them and then we helped them out on other furniture from our home. It was the same my family had done for me. Also, we have family that works in the furniture business and can get their discount when we need to buy.

When our home burned down years ago and I was young and living away from my parents, but near my husbands parents, we stayed with his sister, brother in law and their two kids in a 3 bedroom home. I cared about his parents but was close to his sister and her family and that is where I was most comfortable at so we stayed there until other things could be arranged.

I would love to know if JI's parents and DB are close at all and what their relationship is.

MOO

I propose they live in the house JI owns. There is no reason to take up residence elsewhere for two months. Any normal parent would be searching the house for clues...not these two. They run away within hours of the crime.

I bet they thought the house was bugged. I also bet they had it swept prior to moving back.

Did someone just say JI kicked a cat?

Yes. It was discussed and analyzed here. Only reason I know about it. So again...where did you see the inside of Phil Netz's home? Are you referring to the Halloween video? That was not his home.

Now that is something I'd like to know, too.

He must be an entrenpeneur of sorts memmo. His standards are pretty high for such a young man. He has a very nice place to live...no doubt has car payments, etc.. It must pay well..:waitasec:

Just passed right over the cat kicking scene. Whoah! JI kicked a cat? Had a feeling that cat sleeping on the bed was a sensitive issue. what a guy? Kicking an animal. Yes, this man has a bad temper under that very quiet exterior..mo. This gives me more reason to dislike him...if that is possible.

I never saw PN's house that I know of. The house in the video was gorgeous. It had a white kitchen w/ black marble like counters. Exceptionally well kept. Not halloween video.

They couldn't live in the home from Oct. 4-7. It was a crime scene. From Oct. 9 through mid-October it was on and off again a crime scene. They moved back Nov. 15. That's not two months. Within hours of the crime, they were both at the KCPD answering questions. They didn't leave until 11:30 p.m. Oct. 4 and KCPD wouldn't allow them into the home because it was a crime scene.

Again, not make excuses. Telling facts.

I don't know how they live in the home on Lister now. I certainly couldn't. And yes, I would have had my home swept too.

There are lots of things that the couple has done that could be considered questionable but living with Phil Netz for six weeks doesn't seem like one of them to me.

I need to go to bed because I'm so lost. You've said repeatedly tonight that Phil Netz has nice things, nice taste and a nice home but now you just said you never saw the interior of his home....I've seen the outside of his home and the back deck and I repeat...it ain't a home in Leawood or on Ward Parkway.
