Here is a 'funny little clue", JR: YOUR shirt fibers were found on her private parts and in the crotch of her underpants. Whatdoyasaynow?

Here is another 'funny little clue": your beauty pageant wife's jacket fibers were found entwined in the cord that strangled your 6 year old daughter to death, on the sticky side of the tape that was put on her mouth after death AND on the white blanket that covered her body in the cold, windowless, moldy basement room full of junk that was locked from the outside.

Here is another "funny little clue": the ransom note was written on your wife's notepad, in her handwriting, the same pad you handed to LE from a drawer but which was on a table in the hall earlier in the day as evidenced by a photo YOU took. How did you know it was in the drawer?

Here is another "funny little clue": your company's security team had procedures in place for kidnappings and you didn't call anyone from your company.

Here is another 'funny little clue": your son was awake that morning and you were talking to him while your wife spoke to the 911 operator but you lied and said he slept through it all.

Were any of Burke's fibers found in those funny little places?

It's crossed my mind that the fibers from JR's shirt might have been secondary transfer from BR. But that's just my theory. We'll never know.

Good question. Was it ever determined that LE collected BR's clothing from the night of the 25th? Or were they collected by PR's sister? This is a serious question.

I haven't even gone down the break in rabbit hole yet. lol
I'm afraid to do it! Hell this case alone will have me busy for years. But I don't see JR wrestling with anyone. lol Maybe PR wrestling haha!
Good idea though on his possible little hint!

Haha I stumbled on that rabbit hole briefly when I was going thru different threads. My problem is if I find a thread that peaks my interest I have to read it from the very beginning which can take weeks especially if it's still an active one. I always wondered about the socks/b&e/funny little clues remark but I try to read as much as I can before I ask questions or comment so I'm not just asking the same old stuff.

But what really eats me alive regarding this case...my daughter is 6, looks like her, petite and all....that poor baby girl deserved so much better. And the people that was supposed to protect her..failed miserably and will never answer for it in this life.

It sent me thru the roof with johns smirk and saying along the lines, "it's not about the fact that a little girl was murdered it's the injustice to our family by media". I know that's not word for word but my goodness. I can only hope in the next life they will have to answer for all of it.

Well done!
(Trying to catch up on this TK case so sorry if I'm back and forth!)

Amen! That quote in particular ruffled this mamas feathers. The injustice to their family! How freaking dare he say that!! No JR it's always been about justice for JonBenet. Not for y'all. Ugh. He's such a smug jerk.

I really don't know the answer. I don't think that LE was even thinking to look at BR at that point.

PL, I consider myself a good Catholic boy. I was taught the Golden Rule, and I learned not to wish pain on other people. But I have to confess, when I heard him say that, I wanted him HANGED! God forgive me.

They were asked about all their clothing that night in at least one of the transcripts. LE also has photographic evidence of what each of them wore that night so I assume once the results came back on the tests, they'd at least have an inkling on who they should focus on in that regard.

Hey PL - regarding JR's encounter with an "intruder" in his home in Atlanta - the FUNNIEST LITTLE CLUE about that "story" is that once again JR said he was in his UNDERWEAR! Hmmm, just like he was when he was reading the ransom note that morning before PR called 911. Hmmm... just like his "story" of breaking into the basement window the previous summer. Frankly, considering the fact that JBR was found brutally murdered and wearing oddly oversized panties, and the case features soiled underpants of both children in the home, anything ANYTHING having to do with JR and HIS UNDERPANTS is just.... off the scale weird IMO!

Thanks for bringing this up.
The police report says numerous DARK fibers were found on her clothing and body. Do these dark fibers match the ones from JR's shirt too, like the ones found in her panties? Do any of you know anything about this?? Or were these fibers from the cloth she was wiped off with?

Det. Arndt stated to Your Affiant that she was present and observed a visual examination by Dr. Meyer of the shirt worn by the child. She observed and Dr. Meyer preserved dark fibers and dark hair found on the outside of the shirt

Det. Arndt told Your Affiant that she personally observed Dr. John Meyer examine the vaginal and pubic areas of the deceased, Dr. Meyer stated that he observed numerous traces of a dark fiber.

Re-reading ST's book. The Boulder DA and PD were run by idiots who stressed 'sensitivity' training for the PD as being more important than preventing crime or arresting criminals. The DA's office had not taken a murder case to trial in over a decade, instead offering plea deals. The prosecutors were terrified of the courtroom! The DA's office succumbed to every demand of the Ramsey attorneys despite the Ramseys not being labeled 'suspects' and there being NO legal reasoning behind sharing all of the investigation reports with them. There was a very cozy relationship between the prosecutors and the Ramsey Team - to the point of ridiculous - and lead to the DA not issuing warrants which would have revealed potentially incriminating evidence.

Despite Ramsey claims that they were targeted, the BPD investigated hundreds of people and thousands of leads as the Ramseys hid behind a team of lawyers and cooperative, incompetent, terrified prosecutors. The Ramseys were allowed to run the investigation which is why the murder is still unsolved. Boulder residents do not want justice, they just want to ski in peace, dead children be damned.

Mostly hiking and smoking pot, but your other points are valid. I do not expect that Boulder will ever change. Especially now that Colorado has legalized recreational use of pot.

So I tried making a thread about these subjects last week, but evidently it was rejected for some reason, so if I may I'd like to just inquire about them here, as they are things that are driving me crazy:

Was there actually a pink heart drawn on the palm of JBR's hand, and if so, do you believe that it was part of the staging?

What do people make of the disturbing Barbie-dolls-in-bondage that were thrown on the R's lawn after the murder occurred?

I am of the RDI persuasion, but these are things that bother me about the case. Thank you for any responses.

It was not a heart. Any of the photographs of her hand will dispel that myth. It is red or pink marker, but not in the shape of a heart. Could have been drawn on her days before her murder. I do not believe it was part of the staging, but a possible artifact of previous abuse.

And people do weird stuff, so the Barbie dolls are probably due to Boulder weirdness.

My understanding is that some of the fibers matched JR's shirt. IMO some of what they found could have been from the velvet pants JB was wearing that evening. Velvet clothing can shed quite a bit.

Hello everyone. One thing I wanted to add, is that I think the Ramsey's defense team are the ones who told JR and PR to accuse FW. I'm sure that FW has a ton of information on the ramseys both before and after the crime. I think he knows what was going on in that family and the disturbing things Burke was doing in the months before the crime. The R's defense team knew this so they had to attack him right away to destroy him as a credible witness.
