I was originally thinking Casey's room, the bathroom, and the car, but something I read here, from Bond, I think, (I will find this info and edit post) is making me wonder about Lee's apartment. I am wondering when, in June, Lee was out of town. I also wondered if he had a roommate around the time Caylee was murdered, but I asked that on the questions and answers thread. One clue I was using for the heck of it, was noticing Lee did not leave any feedback for anyone on a well known auction site from June 12 until June 21. And then again, no feedback left by Lee from June 21 until July 5. Sure this doesn't prove anything, but it's helpful to just suppose.

Did KC have a key to Lee's apartment? It has already been established that Lee shops on that auction site quite a bit, so if he didn't have a roommate to collect his mail/packages daily, he sure doesn't want his auction purchases left somewhere where another tenant could steal them, so perhaps KC had a key (could this be the key that Lee said he destroyed?) and told him she'd take his packages in anytime he was away (Lee, knowing KC prefers to steal cash, not the small, collectible figures he is interested in). I know I am not being specific in how I think it happened, but I am so very curious about Lee's apartment (he has since moved out of).

Also, I am feeling *in my gut* that the dirt road near where the remains were found, that lonely creepy dirt road, seen in GSJ's video (the road where she finally gets out of the car to actually do some searching) was a secluded area KC used to prepare the body for dumping or was this where she actually killed Caylee? KC knew the area so well. She does what's easy, familiar, convenient. There is just something about that road that creeps me out to no end. So from the A's house, to Lee's house, murder Caylee at Lee's or on the grassy road near the dumping site, shove the baby in the trunk, and after that, use Lee's apartment when no one is home, to clean up any messes, dispose of anything that needed to be gotten rid of, wash clothes, ponder about next move, search the net, etc. A neutral spot.

I haven't really thought of it happening like that, but that is very interesting....a real possibility..

The more information that's coming out, like what was found in the bag, leads me to also think Caylee was killed in her room, maybe even in her own bed as she slept. The duct tape would be to keep her from screaming or crying as Casey was probably smothering or choking her. I also believe she was taken out to the back yard before being put in the car trunk. The only question I might have about the exact time she did this would be how soundly her parents sleep and if they'd hear her going outside to the back yard or not. MOO
If you look at the floor plan provided in a separate thread, you can see KC would need to walk across the living area if heading for the backyard. Quite possible if G & C were in their room, but would KC risk it? She could have thrown Caylee's body out of the window in Caylee's room. Horrible to contemplate but the safest way? Then she could have walked out herself when the coast was clear?

I think that the dogs would have alerted there (outside of her window) if she had done this.

I've asked before. Where are the dogs at various parts of the day? Inside or outside at night? Taken to work by Cindy or left where? I imagine they might stray if left roaming about the house and KC coming and going?

I think the previous poster may have been referring to the cadaver dogs?

Someone mentioned that the body wasn't in the trash bag at first, but it could have been when first placed into the trunk. I don't know about the most expensive bags, but the big black bags I use will leak if liquid in placed in them and they sit awhile. They aren't totally leak proof. Casey may have used bags soon as Caylee was unconscious so that she wouldn't have to deal with that later. Casey probably never carried out much trash and might think the bags wouldn't leak.

I would like to know where the Anthony's two pet dogs are at various times of the day.

Hercule,

I've seen you ask this again and again. I doubt that it will ever be answered with anything more advanced than speculation. Tinker and Tilly are house dogs that may have a dog door. They may be kept on the sun porch when no one is home, and there may be a pet door attached to allow access out into the backyard.

However, Cindy and George's schedules seem to have been such that at the most, the dogs would be left in the house alone no more than a couple hours. Cindy leaves in the morning, George left in the afternoon.......Casey was often "working" those "swing shifts" where she could be home at odd times.

If you are curious as to whether Tinker and Tilly would have "alerted" to the smell in the yard or even have dug or scratched at spots in the yard where Caylee might have been, I don't know, and it is highly unlikely that the Anthony's will offer up any information that would answer that question.

What inspires me to ask is when someone puts forward a theory about hiding the body in the back yard. It's not a theory I have ever considered, but I think the presence of those little dogs shoots it down as a theory.
I'm sorry if you have answered before. I missed it or forgot your answer. I am suffering from info overload and I may need to be told things more that once before they take hold. Thank you for this answer and any previous ones.

Where is the option for lee's house?? My vote is june 15 lee's house--cell records----
When I made up the poll I should have had at least a more general "Other" category. Mea Culpa.
I have changed my mind since I started, I am certainly more convinced that Lee's house played a part but I wasn't picking there for the actual dirty deed.

hmmm, now that really strikes a chord with me as well. LA's very easily could have been the "neutral place"...

I don't know much about dogs that are smaller than my cats. I'm a big dog kind of person. However, dogs are dogs when they want to dig, and interesting smells always inspire a dog to dig. For what it's worth, I never answered you before. I only saw you repeatedly asking. I have never thought that Caylee was buried in the yard. It would be too much work, too much labor for the perp to dig a hole deep enough to place a 30 lb toddler into it enough so it is not detectable by the senior Anthony's, but in any case, I doubt the perp would have given consideration to whether the dogs would dig. Seems more likely that the scent the cadaver dogs hit upon was of the transference kind. And it further makes sense that, like everyone else in the Anthony home, Tinker and Tilly would act oblivious of any nefarious goings on.

Hard to tell about "pet" dogs, & I've had many.

Some, very curious about any "odors they discover", while others seem to just take a whiff (PU !!) & move along.

Many small dogs tend to be "yappers", & owners become used to the noise.
A barking frenzy can start @ the site of a stray cat walking by.....

I'm still on the fence about Caylee in the back yard, & think the cadaver dogs might have 'hit" on places where the 'spot vac was empitied' or the gas cans were set down.

My thoughts exactly! I don't think KC ever put Caylee in the backyard.

I'm thinking the dogs hit on their backyard due to GA being in that car with the decomp smell (he did drive it home). When they got back could be they checked the playhouse which is why they hit on it. The smell from GA and or CA made the dogs alert. The Anthony's thought something happened to Caylee and checked it out immedately upon returning home.

It's been said, after that physcial altercation on June 15th, KC left in a rage with Caylee. Right there CA should have stopped her, she had no where to go. Where would Caylee place her head at night. Why did CA go so long accepting all those lame excuses why they couldn't see Caylee. I would have called the police that very night and not allowed her to leave with Caylee. KC you leave but leave Caylee with me...

Now that you all have mentioned LA, maybe she did go there but I think Caylee may have been killed right away after that altercation and was placed in the trunk of her vehicle for those 2.6 days.. Which is why I feel Caylee paid the ultimate price for the anger and rage KC felt for her. Add to that her freedom to party, (CA was not babysitting anymore) , TonyL wanted only girls, her friends thought it wasn't a good idea to have Caylee around so much (adult parties, drugs, smoking) and this was a volcano wating to erupt. She outgrew her mommie duties, the novelty wore off. Never bonding with Caylee to begin with...

I've thought that the body might have been buried in the spot where the bush was transplanted from then the big pool box placed there in the corner over it. Cindy did practically admit that the dogs were acting funny when she and Greta were in Caylee's room. She said they were grieving or missing Caylee. Cindy and George also admitted to looking under the playhouse for any signs of something happening. Maybe the dogs really were alerting or acting funny in the back yard and in the home.

That's a reasonable theory. The deck box gets around the problem of dogs digging up the body. Burying the body is not a theory I personally favour though.

Nor I. However, there's that pesky issue of the initial reports of "dirt" being found in the trunk. I've always imagined it was of a very slight amount, possibly from the body (bag) having sat in dirt. Didn't Caylee's playhouse have a dirt floor until the July 4th weekend when the A's added a paver base? Maybe her body was hidden here for just a few hours, then transferred to the trunk of KC's car.
And the dirt in the trunk issue raises another question that has always bugged me. Did or Did Not the A's clean the trunk on July 15th before calling LE? I keep reading theories about the cloroform being from cleaning supplies. If they cleaned the trunk, then HOW was dirt left behind. And also, CA removed the knife and gray pants from the back of the car prior to LE's arrivial. Why did she leave Caylee's doll and backback in the same spot they were found in? In other words, why do a half-*advertiser censored** clean-up job? Either clean up or don't. Know what I mean? Confussing to me.

Yes plenty to confuse. All the more reason we don't need silly inaccurate tabloid type stories as well.
I have no problem with people who propose theories different from mine based on the info, but some seem to be contrary for the sake of it. If we have it wrong then what did happen? Are we supposed to be looking for clues pointing to some killer other than KC. Was it or was it not her that threw Caylee away as garbage?
I believe the Cadaver Dogs, and I'm a cat person. They did good work.
