Where Precisely Do You Think Caylee Died?

I'm not exactly sure on the when and where, but I think that she likely died in the bag, after being drugged or taped, or both. iCA couldn't deal with the smelly car, and I don't think she could deal with the already deceased caylee. It was only when she HAD TO, that she disposed of her in the woods. Otherwise, she would have done something immediately with her.

I do agree that she was likely in the home because of the tape and sticker and pooh blanket near by, but didn't have the Mama baby in the house so I think it definitely was home to car, car to home, or enroute, that the actual death took place. I certainly don't think it was somewhere else, like at Tony's house.

Do you feel Casey premeditated Caylee's murder? I heard one TH say that the fact the duct tape was wrapped around her precious face three times could indicate premeditation and intent because of how long it would take to do that, it's enough time to think about what you're doing and STOP.

I liken that to murders who stab their victims multiple times. The act of driving that knife in over and over again, even when impassioned and just acting out rage, it's a lot of work and you are likely to be aware of you're doing, even in the fit of fury. Kind of like getting so angry you throw something. You know you're doing it, you even stop and think a moment about it.

I think KC killed Caylee in KC's bedroom where there was no risk of being seen, disturbed or being heard by the neighbors. She used the chloroform to subdue her, taped her arms (to prevent the baby from tearing the tape off of her face), then taped her face in case she woke up. There's a possibility she took Caylee swimming (the ladder being up) and wanted to drown her but realized the screams may cause too much commotion or draw attention and went with plan B. I also think there was some soft tissue damage and some sort of abuse prior to all of this. I say this based on Casey's responses to the forensic witnesses. She seemed very concerned and almost relieved every time they said they could find no proof of soft tissue damage. I suspect she put her in the trunk of the car - unbagged or poorly bagged at first. The laundry bag was used to prevent the leaking of the trash bags and when she was ready to toss the poor child into the woods.

Unfortunately we'll never know because the egg donor is going to take it to her grave with her.

How does Casey not totally lose it in court over all of this? Images of her daughter, theories on how she died, etc?

Do you feel she has remorse for what she did to Caylee as *maybe* is indicated by her not being able to sleep in her own room (if that's where Caylee died).

Is she detached and viewing things as a spectator, like Ebenezer Scrooge does in A Christmas Carol or is she truly (in your opinion) that devoid of empathy and emotional attachment(s)?

Oh! And what of the chloroform in the needle and Gatorade bottle? I thought chloroform was too unstable to survive in either?

I think she was out with her, and Caylee was giving her problems & would not be quiet. She wanted her to "shut up" and only way to stop her was to pass her off to the Nanny. She didn't have Xanax & couldn't get any. She was making call after call to her parents & friends, almost as if she was calling out for help. Then no calls for like over 2 hours. In that time frame, she made the Chloroform, put it on a rag/paper towel, then placed it over Caylee's nose. Caylee fought her,so she tapes it in place & instead of just shutting her up, she killed her. She didn't realize it right away. When she did, she went to her house and got the items she needed and hide her outside in Caylee's Play Cottage. Then she went back when she had the chance to move her into the woods. That explains why some of her friends didn't smell the odor in the car too, yet it was there later. It explains the dogs sniffing something out there, and her parents would have NEVER thought of looking in that play house...they would have no reason at that point in time..

now the experts said they didn't find any in her system.. but if she is small, and her remains were there for that long, how much of it really would have been left? As far as Xanax not being in her system, that is out in 3 days or so.. so Baez didn't prove anything when he got the "expert" to state there weren't any drugs in her system.. there would not be. She wasn't even 3. She wasn't a long time junkie to where it was in her "hair", which is what was tested.

I want to think the duct tape was put on when ICA thought she was dead. I can't imagine doing that to a baby (or anyone)so that is why I say I want to think. I didn't know the death band was not on duct tape hair till Dr.G testimony, so we know she was alive when tape was placed on her. How horrible, I truely hope to God she was passed out. It kills me to think she was conscious and awake when the duct tape was placed on her.

I voted for the pool. I think Caylee drowned in the pool but not sure if it was accidental or if Casey let her drown on purpose. I think George was lying about seeing Casey and Caylee on the afternoon of the 16th. He went into such great detail about what they both were wearing (after not seeing them for a month). And, by the way, this was not what Caylee was wearing when her remains were found. I think Casey and Caylee left the night of the 15th after the big fight and did not return to the house until after George went to work the next day. She either drowned or was drowned by Casey, taken out of the pool, and placed on the ground near where the Cadaver dogs hit. Remember they did not hit inside the house at all, so Caylee did not die inside the house IMO. Both dogs hit on the same area in that back yard...close to the playhouse and sandbox, but the next day they didn't hit there at all. I believe Casey buried Caylee in the sandbox in the very early stage of decomposition...right after death, then came back the 17th when she borrowed the shovel from the neighbor, dug her up, duct taped her mouth because decomposition fluids were leaking from her mouth and nose by then, got the bags and put her in the trunk of the car and kept her there for several days until deciding where and how to dump the body without being seen. The reason the dogs didn't hit in the back yard the next time was because the ground had been scraped off and Caylee's body wasn't there for a long enough time for the decomposition to penetrate deeper into the ground. This scenario fits everything. The hit in the back yard, the hit in the trunk, the smell in the trunk, the stain in the trunk and the place the remains were dumped. The chloroform had nothing to do with Caylee's death...it was used as a cleaner to try and clean the decomposition stain in the trunk either by Cindy or George the day they retrieved the car. It cleaned the stain well enough so that the fluids could not be identified as decomp, but not well enough to remove the smell. Other than cleaning the car, I don't think George nor Cindy had anything to do with it. If Caylee had been chloroformed and died on June 16th, chloroform would not still have been that strong after a month of dissipation and especially after being aired out in the Anthony garage, not to mention Casey having to open the truck in June to get the body out. No explanation for that large amount of chloroform to have still been in that car unless it was used for cleaning shortly before it was taken in by law enforcement. This is MOO.

My vote had I'd I been in time to do it was going to be " in the Car ". I Believe Lee ....early on before he was forced by Cindy to LIE again. That the huge fight that he confirmed happened on the evening of June 15th.... that resulted in Casey having a meltdown and taking Caylee and leaving ( and WAS THE LAST TIME ANY FAMILY or anyone else on the earth saw Caylee ALIVE ) this fight was the final straw for the psychopath. Cindy said the wrong DATE on purpose June 7th or 9th ( just to confuse the exact timeline of the last time they saw her and when Casey killed her ) and the rest of the LIARS scrambled and still scramble to keep up with her ever changing LIES coverups. I believe that Caylee was already DEAD on the 16th ( when George CLAIMS to have sent them on their way with KISSES and BACKPACKS ) Casey killed her in the CAR the night of the 15th. Casey can be away from the Hope Springs residence close by and still cell ping the same. Suburban Drive, Lee's house and the dump site all the same.......ALL JMO

But I believe Casey killed her in the CAR during her psychopathic MELTDOWN she was still having while in the RAGE she was in when she left. Cindy hearing them BREATHING through the door of CASEY and CAYLEE'S Shared Bedroom Door is way over the top info which tells for sure she is LYING! So is George ( KISSES and BACKPACKS indeed )......again JMO

LEE ask Casey during the 911 calls .......Is this like the last time???? Like when she went into a rage against Cindy before and kept Caylee away out of SPITE ? ( Even Casey said....when LEE asks why don't you just take us to Caylee and she says " because maybe I'm a spiteful B*tch ".... well her killing Caylee to spite Cindy does make her the worst kind of a spiteful b*itch

She died in the trunk. But the duct tape was placed on her after she died. I'm sure that Casey saw a MOVIE where a child/person was kidnapped, and we all know that kidnappers place duct tape on the mouths of their victims to keep them quiet, only Caylee was already dead. She just added the heart shaped sticker to personalize it! She then went on to tell the story that Caylee was kidnapped and BAEZ took it from there.
Makes sense to me after this week of testimony.
I'm thinking Casey told Baez where the body was and he was just waiting for it to be found. And then he concocted the rest of this cockamamie story to cover her sorry ARSE. And now, hopefully, he's trying to to cover his?

I think when Casey had no babysitter Caylee was put in the trunk sedated and the tape was put over her mouth in case she woke up. This is just my opinion. It might have been the first time she did it or it might have been the 50th who knows.

As I said in a previous post somewhere I also feel there is definate premeditation because of those searches. Caylee was getting much more verbal with her age and Casey decided to finally get rid of her as if she were just a big inconveinence in her party life.
She never wanted her in the first place. Ugh.

I think she died in the Car on the night of the 16th/17th I think Casey gave her something to knock her out so she could go off with Tony for the night and put her in the boot of the car, I also think it was something she had done before (Iam not convinced if she gave her choroform or some other type of medicationover here we have stuff called dozeall (spelling) It helps young babies sleep when they are cutting teeth, some of my friends have used it when flying long hall flights) That night something went wrong maybe the baby got sick and choked but when Casey went to the car in the morning she was dead. She waited till her parents were both at work on the 18th called them both to double check, then went home reversing the car into the drive she carried Caylee to the backyard probably thinking I will put her in the pool and say she drown she put the ladder up but changed her mind then thought I will bury her under the play house when she went to the shed to get the shovel it was locked so she opened the side gate and went next door(the bamboo root story)
When she get back she probably tries to dig a whole and realizes it a lot of work.
At this point I think she decides to just bag up the body and get rid of it I think she puts the Duct tape on her mouth and nose along with a heart sticker wraps her in a blanket then puts her in a couple of rubbish bags and finally in to the laundry bag and puts her back in the trunk of the car. Then returns the shovel.
She probably dumped the body off that night, And moved on with her life.

My problem is it's not First degree Murder I think its Felony Murder and Aggravated Assault

Caylee had to of been changed out of the clothes that George saw her in and put into the shorts that hadn't been worn in awhile and in the shirt that Cindy had never seen. I figure they were in the bogus "babysitter" backpack, because they were never worn since there was no job. So, that means that Caylee had no clothes on, just a pullup as if going somewhere, and no shoes back on after being placed into the shorts set. Casey's work pants were found in the car as if she had changed out of them before returning to the home after George left. Casey may have changed both their clothing in the car with what she had on hand for Caylee, and had herself a change as well. Planning even down to clothes that Cindy didn't like or never seen could show even more premeditation, because nothing was missing from the home. Casey could have thrown out Caylee's outfit that George saw and hoped that it would be found. She did say, "they haven't even found her clothes yet". Caylee may have never made in back into the home. The lack of shoes could have been a mistake since she knew they wouldn't be needed and just forgot to place them on the body. It looks like a kidnap/abduction/ maybe car jacking plot, but she just waited too long. Premeditation even down to leaving her work pants in the car. Being in different clothes that only Casey knew the location of instead of what George saw Caylee leave the home in proves premeditation IMO.
