Why Would Casey Talk to the Sheriff Now??

I am hoping for the DP, Caylee lost her life, why should her mother, who took that life, get to live her own? One could argue that she will be tormented for years and have a long miserable life if she got LWOP, but I dont think that could happen to Casey, she doesnt feel regret, remorse, sorrow, etc, think about it... how many nutcases like her end up going to prison, writing books, getting fan mail from other sickos and some even end up with marriage proposals!

From what I hear, it's not too much fun in prison! And with a person who is used to partying, it would be pure torture to be locked up. Plus... she will probably be in gen. pop. and there are some big, tough gals in there!! She might even "get married" pretty regularly!

KC wouldn't have had much of a life outside anymore anyway as her used to be friends are gone.. I felt like "she wanted" to be on camera today like trying to appear cute or something for all her "past friends/bf" , only cried when her atty spoke of her/family never cries to mentions of Caylee very werid..

Todd Black flat out lied then on HLN when he said that there was no truth to the rumor that Casey might defend herself. It sounded like he had no idea about this rumor when he was the one that promulgated it!! Have they no shame?

That Baez is so bad he doesn't even want to spend his money to defend this woman. He wants her to claim she is defending herself to get money from the state when he is really the one doing it behind the scenes. I thought he wasn't even allowed to defend her because he hasn't been an attorney long enough? This whole thing really stinks.

Isn't that kind of conduct something he could be disbarred for?

As for miss casey talking and giving up where she put Caylee? I'm not thinking so. I think she's just buying time before she has to strut to her cell.
Heck, she's 22 now? Life in prision would be ,given good health and not getting shanked, a good 45 -50 years. She may prefer the dp. :shrug:

I wondered if there was a special meaning to the 11:00 issue.
Perhaps it was a sort of allusion-- to the 11th hour, or the impending decisive moment. The "11 o'clock Act" refers to the final and most intense number in musical theater-- if there was a hidden meaning, maybe George was telling Casey "the show's over" and the final moments will be reserved to honor Caylee.

Ordinarily, I'd be for the dp. But this case? Life without parole. I'd rather see her live her life in misery.

I agree with that but only because I want that baby found in the worst way. It's such a pathetic case. I think it's the only way the family would survive this whole mess. Maybe, just maybe they could find their way back to sanity someday.

Until she's tried and convicted, Casey's life isn't going to be the pure hell most of us would like it to be. She'll be kept isolated and she'll have lawyer meetings, family visitations, court appearances, and then finally the trial itself to break up the time. Once she goes to prison it will be a completely different story, she'll be just another prisoner like everyone else. County jail time is fun and games by comparison.

I don't think KC talked to investigators. She was escorted into the sheriff's office at 5:27 and left just shortly after 6:30 to go to jail. There are some things they have to do with her at the police station before taking her to jail and I'd think she'd have more than 1 hr and 3 minutes to start from scratch since all the other info was mis-truths.
