I highly doubt he will have twenty supporters speaking for him on the 15th. He will be lucky to have his mom and grandma.

I guess it is possible that some sovereign citizen imbeciles will speak up. But I doubt many would want to tie their philosophical wagon to his crazy clown car.

Deputy District Attorney Lesli Boese said they expected 36 victims to speak at sentencing, and she estimated it could take 4 to 4.5 hours. Brooks said "20 or more" people would speak on his behalf. Brooks brought up his Milwaukee court cases and said he was busy preparing for his December trial and noted concern about jeopardizing the Milwaukee cases. He asked for enough time and more information.

"I still have to be prepared," said Brooks. "It would be a big help and a great benefit if I can just have a little more time to tie up the loose ends."

Boese said she wanted sentencing completed before Nov. 21, 2022, the one-year anniversary of the parade attack.

Dorow scheduled sentencing for Nov. 15-16 and said she would make Zoom available for victims/families for this sentencing hearing.

Thank you very much for all the info. The victims statements will be heartbreaking to hear. Hoping it will be completed before the one year anniversary. I will be watching from the UK and thinking of all the victims and their loved ones.

I imagine he will start up for the last time about the subject matter jurisdiction etc. but as for people speaking on his behalf...the only remote possibility would be his mother via zoom but not even sure about that.

I find it impossible to believe it is worth the City of MKE's time to bring him over for that trial? I guess they do it in the event that he is successful in the appeal of this case? Are they really going to let him start up over there representing himself? What a bad result of our justice system.

IMO, DB will make a spectacle of himself, to satisfy his need for attention.
It will be his last hurrah in this courtroom...but I think even at one hint of interruption he will be taken to the other courtroom....but then again this judge will be mindful that for some talking right to his face in same room may be the catharsis they need.

Acoording to the article posted above, over 40+ people will be speaking of their pain, their suffering, their anger, their grief over the masacre that DB caused. IMO, this to be convicted *censored* will not sit quietly and take it. This may last most off the day tomorrow. And he will more than likely attempt to disrupt as much as he can, in order NOT to hear it.

Put him in the other courtroom, on mute. And, do not put the cameras on him. That is where he thrives during his tantrums, IMO. If he continues to act out, put him in the holding cell...with the courtroom speakers blaring.

The victims will each get their 5 minutes to say what they will. All of them have kept silent and respectful during the trial. Now, it's their turn. May Peace and Strength be with them all.

At this point in the trial I guess these statements are hopefully helpful for the victims and for the judge to keep in mind with the sentencing. Of course she already knows what she will do...not sure they is much room for leniency?

This article states that over 20 people will be speaking on behalf of Brooks. Yes, I would be happy to speak on his "behalf". He belongs in prison forever.
