Does anyone know if people where in the houses when KJA did burglaries previously?

I posted a link to the August case that told quite a bit. A family was in the process of moving from a trailer but hadn't taken all their possessions, yet. He broke in once and took some. The found out and even used screws to secure the door. He returned again, removed the screws, put on the daughter's dress and was caught. So, it appears nobody was actually home at the time of either burglary but he was caught in the act by the resident. In the first burglary he'd taken a bike but then returned it at some point.

I think everyone needs to let it go with the guy burglarizing the house. That's certainly a horrible thing to do and the dude has some serious issues, but LE said he has been cleared in Jayme's disappearance. It's quite a leap from petty burglary to double murder/kidnapping, and for them to clear him so quickly means he probably has an airtight alibi. Leave the guy alone. He's in enough trouble already.

I agree. What he did is disturbing but he wasn't involved in the crime. I think part of the issue is that theres no new info to discuss so thats why it keeps coming up. JMO

At the time of his August arrest he was wearing the dress of a 16-year old girl. So, he wasn't necessarily taking it to Jayme. He just has a fetish.
He is not even involved in any way in her disapearance. Where did an assumption that he was taking a dress to Jayme even come from?

Facebook link: Kyle Jaenke-annis

In case this facebook page is deleted, or mods delete this: He has 524 friends; the good majority of them all to be pretty girls. Various people are posting on his post for his high school; On that is a post of his rap sheet in Iowa.
He has multiple facebook pages. The one that had more family/friends and less of the other garbage has been deactivated. It was his name without the space. He posted odd things on there as well but I couldn't find anything really that suspicious. Just seems like another small town wisco weirdo.

I totally agree.

Quick question about the Jayme Closs house. Whether or not KJA has anything to do with JC is insignificant to my question. I am just wondering what the state of the house is inside. Isn't it the home owners job to pay and have the crime scene cleaned? Wasn't the home just released back to the family that day?

Assuming Jayme is still alive, IMO there are things the public should know.

Are her coat and shoes missing? Clothes missing?

Did she have close friends? I have not heard anyone state she was their best friend nor have I heard of birthday parties or sleep-overs. Was she pretty much a loner?

What did she like? Dislike?

This information could help find her.

The current police bulletin no longer knows what vehicle to keep an eye out for... fyi

I also think the kicking in the door then shoot dad did not happen in that order. I might be lead to believe both parents were made to go into bathroom and pops came out while JC was being moved to a car.

I do like that the LEs came into town and have cleaned it up. Lot of drugs and offenders in that 10 mile area.

The employees complain a lot about Jennie O on the review site. I'm intrigued by their part in a 25k contribution to reward. Guessing an employee is missing, as unknown cell pings in the area have not come up, so it must have been a regular cell pinger in the area.

I do not like that this area west and north of there have a lot of cabins. Some will be free until next April when the owner returns. Hope searching cabin towns

I think a lot of cabins actually get rented out during hunting season. If anything a lot of eyes will be around the area. Maybe we'll get some new info when November 17th rolls around.

At the end of the day I guarantee that LE knew all about KJ before this case even came up.

He's had run-ins with the law before due to his fetish.
He bikes and/or walks everywhere.

I'm pretty sure he's not someone "new" to those in the community or LE. This also probably means they know him on a level where they can be sure (to an extent) what his propensity would be to commit a crime such as double murder & abduction. Not that they immediately dismissed him, though, as I'm certain they still took their time to question him thoroughly.

KJA's Facebook page has roughly 500 of 524 friends who are pretty young girls. It appears to me that these girls were the sort of clickbait that shows up on Facebook and he doesn't know most or any of them. He is obsessed with a particular age. If you were going to pick a guy to look carefully at this guy is flying all the red flags. Perhaps he was there looking for clothes for someone and he couldn't go to a store and buy them...
They may have already looked into him in the very beginning if he has any history of acts associated with young girls. Chances are they probably already knew about him and that's why he was so quickly cleared. That and most likely he had a solid alibi. Jmo

Quick question for all of you sleuthers out there who keep an eye on the roads. In a case like this, if you were several states away and spotted a similar vehicle (like someone in Georgia did yesterday). Should we be calling the tip line, or the local Police? The only reason I ask is because I know local guys have other things going on and may not be following this case like we are. On the same token, though, the tip line may take too long to dispatch the proper people to investigate.

This is the type of stuff that rattles around my brain sometimes.

Call the tipline. Unless you think you see Jayme in the vehicle. Then I would call 911 and tell them you think you see a missing girl. She is the subject of a nationwide Amber Alert so all local police should be able to get the info quickly to find the car and investigate. JMO.

The Barron County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Kyle Jaenke of Cameron is not involved in Jayme’s disappearance. He is charged with burglary and bail jumping.Sheriff: Man charged with burglarizing Closs home not connected to Jayme's disappearance

The Barron Countys Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald told WEAU that Jaenke-Annis has been cleared of any involvement in the disappearance of Jayme.
Man arrested for breaking into Jayme Closs's home, stealing her clothes

A Facebook post Monday said 32-year-old Kyle Jaenke of Cameron, Wisconsin was arrested. But he has been cleared of any involvement in Jayme's disappearance.
Man Accused of Breaking Into Closs Home, Taking Clothing and Other Items

A Wisconsin man is charged with breaking into the residence of 13-year-old Jayme Closs, whose disappearance sparked a national manhunt, and stealing articles of her clothing.
But police said they don’t consider him a suspect in the teen’s disappearance.

I agree with this. The longer Jayme is missing the more i think LE need to let out more information about her. They obviously won't tell us everything but time is ticking on now and they need the public's help.

I’m way behind here and looking for a post re: the rules for discussion of this Kyle fellow. Has Tricia posted on this? Tia.

I haven’t had a chance to weigh in yet, I know you guys have been discussing this and have likely moved on but just wanted to say FTR that my first impressions are that I can not help but be reminded of brutal, brutal killer Col. Russell Williams ( photo evidence of women’s lingerie, etc. Graphic:
Warning: Graphic photo evidence

While LE has stated that he has been cleared in the disappearance of Jayme, I have to say I’m still appalled that he would break into a home of a murdered family and abducted victim. While he has been clearned of involvement in these crimes, (and “cleared” is a very strong word when used by LE), what does this tell us about him? This is one very sick individual. Many rapists and SKs do things exactly like this and this shows a level of brazenness which imo is troubling. Cross dressing is not a crime by any means and that is one thing, but breaking into the home of a murder and abduction? Serious problems with this individual.

With that being said, moving on as he has has not been named a suspect. But I did want to say that this is not just some harmless cross dresser. There is much more to his actions than just cross dressing. Obvious propensities for pedophelia, B and E, the potential to violate (his actions have already been extremely violating in both cases), etc. Moo. Not to mention pre-escalatory behavior, jmo. What will this guy be doing ten years from now? Very often it starts like this. I’ve seen it many times.

PS: can you imagine how mortified and violated and disturbed you’d be if someone broke into your house and stole your daughter’s underwear?!?! I know how extremely violated I felt when my place was burglarized and that wasn’t even underwear!!

Yes, I agree. Guaranteed in a small community like that everybody either knows him or knows of him. Especially LE. If you read the police report it sounds like when they observed him in the house, with lights on and windows open, they weren't even alarmed as it says the officer was standing in the yard observing him. I bet it didn't take long before they knew who he was and they likely know him as being passive and harmless. The world is full of sexual deviants and most of them are harmless. Unless, of course, they are psychopaths or have a history of violence. Jmo
