Unrelated question or somewhat unrelated. If I'm out driving in my car and I need 911 and I call, then become unresponsive, what happens? Would they be able to locate me?

911 location is always on.

The quality of the location info depends on phone settings, last clear view of the sky, the type of interface the local 911 has, which agency gets the actual call (local or transferred to say state HP then transferred to local PD, etc..

Worst case you get the closest cell tower; best case last known lat/long.

Based on the call log and MOO, I don't find it peculiar that they contacted the casino. Casino Security. They contacted JennyO and the State Patrol and neighboring PDs. EMS, ERT. In fact, I'm impressed with how rapidly they assembled their resources!

A 911 call, a commotion, a hang up. Officers arrive to find an open door, and a downed individual, evidence of gunfire. Not a stretch to conclude that that person had opened/unlocked the door previously, for LE to make entry. IMO, it's easy to see why suicide was the first thought. Barron County's last big homicide, was a murder-suicide, right? Imagine that moment when they discover, however, that there's no murder weapon in reach or on site. Suddenly it's a double homicide with a perp on the loose, followed by the realization of a potential missing child. While they're scrambling to secure the scene and mobilize LE from all quarters, they have to confirm that the child isn't somewhere else, with family, with a friend, etc. Could be a grandchild who stays only occasionally, might live elsewhere sometimes, etc. MOO. Again I think the contact with casino was a logical move. I can't fathom the horror those responding officers walked in. They get my supreme respect for the work they do. I choose to remain hopeful they'll bring Jayme home soon!

IF...they are bringing in “new eyes” to be announced next week, then I would say they are completely stuck, as that generally happens years later, not months. Hopefully, they have at minimum ruled out some people and scenarios...but am not even feeling confident about that if they still have no idea about motive or target.

I do not disagree at all, just the time it takes to come to a scene where one does not now what they are coming in on alone I can understand and resources were called for quickly, etc. I would say however that we do not know that is what the casino contact was about or that it was the only reason. It may be, and it may be more than that. It could be as simple as they have a lot of strangers from out of town and it could be as simple as a receipt or chip found. Or it could be nothing more than the video. However, there are no other entries about business contacts anywhere else for video. So I keep my mind open on that one. It would not be far fetched to think where was someone coming from at around 12:30 or so in the morning--the casino possibly? And to ask, did you have anything that stood out or any incidents or someone that stayed or was there that stood out? Not far fetched because there are not random double murders in this area. Not putting it right, or wording it right, but what I mean is it was very likely more than JUST getting video, but checking out those kinds of questions at bare minimum as well.

Also, it's one place they knew had 24/7 coverage and get to any video quickly.

But, yes, seems like there may be more to it than that.

I was thinking they found the address so fast because they said they received Denise's voicemail when they called back... Its possible she uses her first and last name on the voicemail especially if she did as much charity and volunteer work as it seems she did. With a first and last name from the voicemail I would think they could quickly pull up her address.

I haven’t seen anything on here that mentions this probably because it breaks some kind of rule to post about it? If I was LE, I’d look into this person and from what I’ve seen on one social media site he was reported. There is very little mention of him behind that when I googled both names together. Maybe they have POI ... and this is all for them... young male interviewed by Fitzgerald might now be interviewed by specialists to get them to trip up... maybe attractive female investigator gets more out of POI... I’m guessing i truly don’t know...

Maybe all family has defenses up around fitz and specialist to interview family again..

If it can wait 7 days, is that they think jayme is gone or she’s hiding..

I'm not very knowledgeable about police allowances or regulations, but if they found that a suspect may be in another state or county could they be bringing in that team because of jurisdiction? ( for example the Sherrif dept from neighboring county) Could this be a positive sign? maybe they are bringing in the new team because of tips that reach beyond the covered area of the Barron Sharrifs dept geographically? Just being hopeful!!

Everyone's cell phone is connected to an address. Plus cell phone companies can track you so 911 is able to access that in the event that you are unable to tell them where you are. Unless you have a burner phone, I guess, because the one time I had to call them I had to give an address where I was. Yes I have a "burner".

The DM video "interview" was pieces of stuff clipped together. There was never a clear cut question and full answer from people that were visibly both in the same location and same time. It's a marvel of editing.

Marvel of editing? They didn't edit his sentences. He clearly says "If i'm only in your house four minutes and I only step 5 feet in" on camera, not edited, from his mouth.

If it is something you are seeing that you find concerning I would suggest callling the tip line and reporting it.
